Arch City Dental - Westerville

I had a great experience at Arch City Dental- Westerville. The staff were attentive and kind. Jorden’s warm smile at the front desk created a welcoming environment. Mildred and Claudia made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and worked thoroughly and smoothly. Dr. Moore reassured me and guided me through what my next steps for treatment are. Overall it was a great experience, beautiful office and wonderful staff!

I have some to this practice for years and am so happy with their practice. I just had my first filling done and it could not have gone better. Dr. Moore was so delicate and skilled, and Stephanie perfected my filling so it feels completely natural, and Jinessa is my favorite hygenist ever. It doesn't get more 5-Star than this!

stephanie is a very warm and welcoming employee. she makes me feel safe and is always very understanding. i struggle with general anxiety and stephanie helps lessen it greatly!

Stephanie was very nice and helpful! Super calm demeanor. She helped me with insurance understanding and explained everything very simply!

The front desk staff was so energetic & fun. I was expecting push back on a situation and they stepped up and took care of the problem before I even had to give an explanation of what had happened. Be kind as you don’t always know with technology what’s happening with individuals and appointments. My channel was great, too.
