As a patient of this practice for over 10 years, I am disappointed to leave this review. The front desk staff and hygienists have always been pleasant. However, the dental care I received was discouraging and has ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. In 2023, I began reporting tooth pain on the left side of my mouth. I was told that if I could not identify the exact tooth causing the issue, there was nothing they could do other than recommend a mouth guard. I could clearly identify the area of pain but could not pinpoint a specific tooth. Despite repeatedly explaining that the pain was affecting my quality of life, no additional diagnostic effort was made. I proceeded with the mouth guard at their recommendation, and my symptoms worsened. By summer 2025, I developed severe jaw issues and continued to experience persistent pain on the left side. Out of desperation, I identified a specific tooth. It was a tooth they had previously filled. The filling was redone, but the problem was not resolved. I have since found a new dentist who listened carefully to my symptoms. At my first visit, they performed a simple bite test that immediately identified the problematic tooth. The issue was corrected with a minor bite adjustment, and I can now chew on the left side of my mouth again. It is frustrating to know that a basic diagnostic step could have identified the issue years earlier. The lack of proper evaluation allowed the condition to worsen and contributed to jaw problems that ultimately required physical therapy. and a significant financial burden. I am extremely disappointed in the level of care provided by this practice.

I used to recommend them, but given the amount of money and time they’ve wasted, I no longer can. While the dentists are good, office administration has deteriorated. Last month, I showed up at a confirmed appointment time and they were unprepared for my presence. That was the second appointment they’ve canceled in 3 months and today is the third. Even more than the time lost, they’ve wasted insurance benefits and made no attempt to rectify that.

I have some to this practice for years and am so happy with their practice. I just had my first filling done and it could not have gone better. Dr. Moore was so delicate and skilled, and Stephanie perfected my filling so it feels completely natural, and Jinessa is my favorite hygenist ever. It doesn't get more 5-Star than this!

Team was wonderful. They were able to check me in on a short notice and got me a flipper. Dr Paul was good and I loved how the front office gave me clarity on the money that I would be paying. Rarely front office is so efficient and glad I found one.

Came in for an emergency tooth. Dr. Paul fit me in his calendar for X-rays and I needed to pull two teeth same day. Haven’t slept in two days. So grateful! Did I mention- new patient as well!! Found my forever dentist!!

Arch City Dental has some of the kindest dentists, and people. They are so patient with us every time. Highly recommend for families!

I had a great experience at Arch City Dental- Westerville. The staff were attentive and kind. Jorden’s warm smile at the front desk created a welcoming environment. Mildred and Claudia made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and worked thoroughly and smoothly. Dr. Moore reassured me and guided me through what my next steps for treatment are. Overall it was a great experience, beautiful office and wonderful staff!

Have been coming for many years and always have a great experience. They are now also caring for our 7 and 9 year old. Doctors, hygienists and front office staff are warm and welcoming.

I know I’m grown, but Iam so afraid of the dentist and they made everything super easy and everybody was super nice. They were really nice to my daughter and she wasn’t as scared to go to the dentist.

Great environment with nice and warm professionals. Care is excellent! They work with your insurance and keep surprises to an absolute minimum.
