Very weird and unwelcome vibe. Spent 2 minutes with my daughter in the store right when they opened today, before the staring from the man in the shop became incredibly uncomfortable. He wasn't even trying to be casual about either. He was very obvious and didnt seem to care when I noticed him staring. So I just told my daughter we were leaving. Hite security if your that afraid of ppl stealing. Rules to shop, being stared at in an incredibly uncomfortable way will assure I won't return.

Very nice little shop. Was pleasantly surprised at the variety! The have a dried herb section, and a crystal section. As far as the negative reviews, the sign is on the door. This store opened DURING COVID, so thats pretty fearless. The owner and his wife were very nice, welcoming, and kind. Loved it! Will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed shopping here. Great variety. They have herbs, jewelry, stones and much more. The wire wrapping on the jewelry is beautifully done. The shop is very calming. They do require you to wear a mask and it must cover your nose. With Covid on the rise, this was an added plus. I will definitely be back. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.

I love this store. There is a good selection of crystals, incense ,statues and other supplies. The owners are very helpful

This was my second visit and I'm obsessed with this little shop. They had a different crystal selection this time, and a couple different table displays. It makes me want to visit more often to see what pops up! The owners are the NICEST and most helpful people. I will definitely be going back again. I'm hooked! I got a red malachite, labradorite, selenite, blue kyanite, lepidolite, kunzite, angelite, raw lapis lazuli, and a lapis lazuli bracelet.

They were very helpful and friendly. It was a comfortable vibe. Many beautiful stones to buy and the prices are affordable. I will definitely return for more items. Unlike the Raven & wolf, that wasn’t open like the schedule said on their door and online. They won’t be getting my business. Arcane Moon gets all my business!

UPDATE: A year later and I’m still just as happy as my first ever visit. To support this business is to support two most loving and kind people. The stock is always full and I am always met with a kind smile and a warm hug. I will forever support arcane moon! This is the first metaphysical store that I have been to that does not break the bank! Arcane moon has such a large selection and a friendly atmosphere! If I ever have questions, Stephanie & Norberto always do their best to be helpful! The selection is marvelous as it is inclusive to all religions and craft. The materials are always top tier and great quality. This place feels peaceful, just as you would imagine in a safe place! Arcane is such a judgement FREE space. I will forever be a customer ❤️

My sister is in town and we wandered into this shop after stopping at Little Light Co. There were two team members working and gave us a quick rundown of the store and the resources available to read up on the stones and other items if we wanted to self-service, but they were so friendly that we knew we could ask questions if we had any. She picked out a few small items this time but we will definitely be back! Overall, a great experience.

Very helpful and informative if you have questions or a beginner exploring spirituality. Ask the owner of your have questions. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Definitely recommend!

Went to the shop yesterday with my daughters. Owner stopped us AFTER we made our purchase and was walking out the door by saying "Ma'am, are you going to pay for that?" We were very confused to what she was referring to when she finally pointed out my daughter's bracelet. The bracelet is about a year old and made with cheap seed beads from our home in rainbow colors. There was not a bracelet similar to this anywhere in the store. She became very defensive and loud while she informed me "I own the store, I can ask what I want" when I calmly informed her it was our bracelet that my daughter was already wearing when she walked into the store. She lacked common courtesy or basic customer service skills. The man in the store watched us very intensely the entirety of our visit, although he was kind and helpful when we initially entered. I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere.
