This is will be the last meditation class before exploring the next round of classes including Intro to Crystals, Smudging to Create a Sacred Space, Intro to Shamanism and more. The foundation for those classes is mediation, however, so its highly recommended to come to this final foundational class and meet and get to know the teacher!
