I had the most fantastic experience at this shop. I had quite a bit of anxiety about getting pierced and the moment I passed the threshold most of that dissapated. The staff was so transparent and informative. The atmosphere was calming and thoughtfully curated. They really prioritized customer experience. Heres what you can expect. Pricing clearly stated before your piercing, helpful insights on jewelry selection, realistic and invested conversation reguarding piercing and jewelry selection, AN ACTUAL EVALUATION OF YOUR ANATOMY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PIERCE!!! Rob was very knowledgeable and skilled. They set an accurate expectation for the discomfort I should expect to feel during the procedue. They pierced my septum and guided some new jewelry into my long disued cartilage piercings. Pheobe (forgive me if I've misspelled) had such an encouraging attitude and did a lovely job of explaining the logistics of the experience. This place has clearly fostered a culture that is fantastic, flexible, and mindful of what it takes to make a pleasant piercing experience.

Absolutely obsessed with my latest addition the double conch done by Eric yesterday! I’ve also had great piercing experiences with Rob and Oz! Everyone here is so welcoming and they have a great selection of jewelry from more affordable titanium pieces to the most detailed gold pieces.

This was my first time visiting Arcadia Piercing and I will definitely be returning (: Caroline &Rob were so sweet at the front &helpful with choosing the best fit for my daith earring change. Oz changed my earring &made my experience comforting. She has much experience in piercing &I can’t wait to book with her again! Parking wasn’t too bad with all of the snow &walk-ins are available! Pricing is reasonable based on the location, variety AND quality, so come with your budget in mind already and you will be accommodated.

My piercer was incredible! She worked with me to pierce my septum so it fit my aesthetic vision. Most studios won’t pierce with a clicker immediately. But since my anatomy worked, she did it. Healed so well, no issues. Delicate, tight, and adorable! Great service. Made me feel heard, and safely accommodated.

Love this place! Oz changed my rook piercing with no issues. My piercing was incredibly irritated from a bad piece of jewelry and she saved it. I also have a tendency to faint around needles and piercings and she made me feel incredibly comfortable and was very confident in the protocol. I love the jewelry at Arcadia and every piercer there has incredible knowledge of what is and isn’t safe for your ears. In love with my rook piece now!! So pretty <3

I've been to many piercing studios and this one is a favorite based on its extensive jewelry selection and service! From the moment I walked in, Caroline made me feel comfortable with her kindness, clear explanations, and obvious passion for her work. The best part, though, is that this all came without any pressure to purchase. She made me feel like the only person in the store while she was with me. She's just lovely. And then there's Oz. My goodness, Oz. They're a top-notch piercer and human being. I can honestly say that Oz and Caroline were just as excited for my piercings as I was. It was so cute. Oz is such a great conversationalist with a beautiful heart. They're super professional and give you the advice you need, not just what you want. I can't say enough about this place. I drive an hour just to make sure I get this level of customer service, cleanliness, and jewelry selection. I love this place and I adore Oz and Caroline. If you need a piercing or jewelry (gold, silver, titanium, etc.), this is the place to go in Greater Boston.

This is gunna sound cheesy but I'm so happy I got an email reminding me to leave a review for this shop. My experience getting my septum pierced and having jewlry installed in old cartilage piercings was fantastic. I left another review with photos because I have a million google accounts haha. Anyway, I got my septum pierced yesterday and Rob did a fantastic job! For anyone anxious about the prospect of having a misplaced septum piercing, let this reassure you. Pheobe helped set my expecations by greeting me and letting me know Rob would check my anatomy to see if the piercing would be a good fit. After meeting and speaking with Rob I knew I was in good hands. The process was so well orchestrated and Robs demeanor kept me calm. I am already thinking of planning my next piercing. Ah! I should mention, My septum piercing feels fantastic! I know everyone has their own pain tolerance but I am absolutely pain free today! I'm so impressed!

Rob is WONDERFUL. Caroline is WONDERFUL. Oz is also great and some of the new hires are so friendly. I would give 5 stars to the piercers and staff!! When I visited the shop for ideas, advice, etc, I was always happy. I got banned because I do not like or respect the owner. I do not regret anything I said as it was all valid. I don't mind being banned for future piercings....that's fine. Many piercers in the Boston area. But I took off 2 stars from my review as they are going against their signed contract with me. It states on my piercing release form the following: "I am aware that if I do have questions concerning the aftercare of my piercing, the body piercers at ARCADIA PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCING INC will offer continued aftercare instruction/assistance for as long as necessary". The owner told me not to return even for troubleshooting a fresh piercing. This is the opposite of professional.

I've had a great experience with Arcadia! I'm not great with needles and they were super accommodating and kind about it. The owner Morgan was very helpful in helping me pick out my jewelry and gave very clear instructions for aftercare. Eric did both my original piercing and downsizing a few weeks later and was great both times. Highly recommend!
