I had my daith pierced here and had the BEST time. I booked my appointment online, the women in the shop were so friendly, kind and helpful. The jewelry selection was incredible, definitely pricey but so worth it. My piercing experience was perfection, they walked me through everything that was happening, were such professionals, and made it such a great pain free experience. Cannot recommend highly enough for your piercing needs!

We have been to Arcadia multiple times now. It is always the most welcoming crew you could ever meet. They have pierced my wife once and my teenage daughter a few more times than that 😛😂. We travel down from NH just because of how professional, friendly and knowledgeable they are. They truly care and want your experience there to be as comfortable as sitting in your living room. My friend and I spontaneously decided to get nostril piercings, and we saw that Arcadia took walk-ins, so we stopped by. We were kindly greeted and walked through the process by Caroline, who was awesome! Rob took fantastic care of us. I was very pleased with the thorough step-by-step explanation by Rob, who also happily answered all questions we had. Least painful piercing I have had. I also want to applaud Arcadia for clear price transparency. We had a great time and the whole process was extremely sterile, calming and seamless. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Arcadia has THE BEST staff - always so willing to help and answer questions. They're all super patient and chill and willing to help. I'll never get pierced anywhere else! The rewards system is great too, and their service fees are very reasonable! 10/10 would recommend, go check out their new and improved shop in Coolidge Corner!

Absolutely beautiful and clean place with the best people. Everyone is incredibly nice, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone makes the process super fun enjoyable and easy. They have been there to answer all of my questions and never made me feel as though I was a bother. The jewelry options are absolutely incredible. They are happy to work within your budget and there was never pressure to spend more than you are comfortable with. I have been pierced by both Morgan and Rob, and they came out beautiful. Mika always provides wonderful suggestions for jewelry styling. If you are in the Boston area and wanting to get a piercing. Go to Arcadia you will not be disappointed

Awesome experience!! Not only were they willing to push my appointment because I was running late on the train, but were so friendly and informative during my piercing. Rob pierced my nose and made it the best experience I’ve had thus far getting pierced. Sooo happy with how it turned out. Will certainly be back for any future ones!!

Ozzy did an amazing job piercing my septum. They were comforting and professional. The piercing was almost completely painless and the healing process has been going very well. I attribute this to the excellent job that Ozzy did! The rest of the staff were very informative and helped me choose the perfect jewelry for my face. I also did not make an appointment; they gave me excellent service as a walk in. I would highly recommend this place.

Took my 16 yo SON to get his ears pierced. After a bad experience at the mall, we wanted to go to a professional. SO glad we did. Super friendly and helpful staff. The process was highly sterile, informative and done in a way that respected me, as a parent, and my child. Rob took care of the piercing and established trust right from the start. Rob answered all of our questions without any rush. Factoring in reasonable pricing...you just can't beat this place. Any parent thinking of going to the mall should think again. We will be back! Update: I reduced my rating to 4 stars due to assumption that my 16yo was my daughter. As a gay dad I am a bit disturbed by this glaring oversight.
