Arcadia is amazing! I’ve been going for several years now, and I’ve had the pleasure of being pierced by Morgan, Rob and Oz. All are extremely knowledgeable in their craft, and eager to help when I come in with a stubborn piercing. I’ve gotten around 12 piercings from Arcadia and I’ve left satisfied every time. They have an amazing collection of high quality jewelry. Shout out to the front desk staff as well! They’re super friendly and help me narrow down the perfect jewelry every time.

I got my first ever piercings here (lobes) and it was a great experience! They explained everything so clearly and answered all my newbie questions. Oz was so great and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. If you are a first timer, this is the place! It was so clean and glam. I felt as cared for as I do at the dentist in terms of the sanitation and walking me through the pain (I like my dentist). And it didn’t hurt much. It reminded me of the Covid shot. And they provided so much aftercare information. Highly recommended. I don’t have enough experience to know if the pricing was fair, but it felt fair given the intricacy of the process and the quality of the jewelry! Thanks, Oz!

Fantastic experience throughout. The online booking system was super easy to use, the greeting upon arrival was lovely. The 2 people who helped me choose my jewelry were great- they gave me excellent recommendations without being pushy. My piercing with Oz was fantastic as well. Nearly painless, professional and with great conversation. Three days later and I can’t even tell I’ve been pierced- no soreness whatsoever. Great job everyone- I will definitely be back.

Arcadia Body Piercing was exceptional. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. It is a very safe and welcoming environment. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very detailed in explaining the process of getting the piercings and after care. From start to finish, everything was wonderful. I will absolutely go here again and would recommend this place with no hesitations!

Been a loyal customer since 2022. Spent a long time on Small Business Sat trying to inquire and style a complex piece for my left ear with the enthusiastic Caroline who was detailed in measuring my ear to see if pieces would lay correctly. Rob then took the time to confirm and explain what would work and why certain pieces would pose future concerns. The care and attention the staff take to help make sure you are happy while equally recommending pieces that best fit your earscape is why I keep returning to place another order.

Oz was my piercer and they were so kind and amazing! They explained every step they were doing and showed me that all of the equipment was effectively sterilized. I also purchased some jewelry for previous piercing and the front desk staff are very knowledgable and helped me pick out the right size jewelry. This was my first time at this shop and I will definitely return!

Went in for a pair of nostril piercings, booked a few days before. Communication before the appointment was super clear and concise. When I got there everyone was incredibly friendly which helped put me at ease instantly. My piercer, Oz, was amazing throughout the whole process, making sure i was comfortable, well informed, and chatting away the whole time. Arcadia rules and im coming back for all future piercings. Affordable, professional, and welcoming. Such a warm environment.

I went to Arcadia to get my helix pierced and everything went well. I tried to switch to a hoop earring far too early and irritated the piercing so had to go back for a jewelry change. The piercer was not judgmental despite me explicitly going against the recommendations of my piercer, and reassured me that it would heal in time and I wouldn’t have to get the piercing re done after she changed my jewelry back to the original stud. This kindness was really appreciated and is what I needed :)

Every single person in the studio was so kind, welcoming, and reassuring. I got pierced by Oz and my friend got pierced by Rob, and they were so amazing! Oz made sure I was very comfortable throughout my entire process and I just went in to get it downsized and they were all so kind. They have a vast selection of beautiful jewelry and they show you the entire sterilization process. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Friendly staff ever! Needed a piercing removed that was rejecting and literally not budging at all after days of trying to remove it myself. Morgan and Cassie were able to remove very stubborn barbell jewelry…it was completely painless. So so grateful for them! I left cheering and hollering!!! I will absolutely be back to get piercings done.. this is the kind of business you want to support and come back to. The shop is bright, clean, and organized. Not only are the staff professional and knowledgeable, they’re clearly all passionate about what they do . This place was built and staffed so intentionally- such a welcoming and safe shop! I also appreciate how easy the online booking system is
