Ozzy did an amazing job piercing my septum. They were comforting and professional. The piercing was almost completely painless and the healing process has been going very well. I attribute this to the excellent job that Ozzy did! The rest of the staff were very informative and helped me choose the perfect jewelry for my face. I also did not make an appointment; they gave me excellent service as a walk in. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful and clean place with the best people. Everyone is incredibly nice, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone makes the process super fun enjoyable and easy. They have been there to answer all of my questions and never made me feel as though I was a bother. The jewelry options are absolutely incredible. They are happy to work within your budget and there was never pressure to spend more than you are comfortable with. I have been pierced by both Morgan and Rob, and they came out beautiful. Kind of at random I went in. For a few years I have wanted a second piercing in my ear lobes. But I am more of a tattoo person and fear piercings. I chatted with Oz who was so nice. Oz showed me the options for jewelry, discussed the price, and smiled the entire time. I got the piercings! There was friendly discussion with everyone there during the process. Time will tell how they heal but this was a good experience and I hope to come back. I am happy Arcadia opened in Brookline. 🙏

I chose this shop specifically because they do anatomy checks beforehand to make sure a navel piercing would even work on me (I’ve seen quite a few horror stories), and it turned out I didn’t have the right kind of belly button for a piercing and that it would never heal right. Most other piercing places would have just taken my money and given me something that would never heal right. I had them change my nose piercing instead to be a slightly bigger diamond and she was so helpful helping me pick out the right size for me! I am so so glad I went here and will be recommending this place to everyone!! ❤️

I got my nostril pierced here by Rob. I was so nervous going into my appointment as this was my first facial piercing, but everyone at the studio made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to help me pick out my jewelry and walk me through the process. The studio was also spotless and comfortable which poor me at ease. The piercing was almost painless and I love the placement! Would definitely recommend going here. Bonus points for the cat shelter live stream in the waiting room.

The entire staff is so helpful and professional - my favorite studio in Boston! Rob recently did two piercings for me and a nose piercing for my friend, and the experience was great from start to finish. Morgan also helped me understand my options after a piercing complication from another studio; I know it’s not always easy to assess work done by other piercers/not in-house, but she was still so empathetic and honest with my situation. Caroline at the counter is very patient when picking jewelry (warning: there’s a LOT! Book a curation/shopping appointment to explore options more, I definitely will). Jewelry is high quality and, justly-so, more of an investment in some cases, but definitely worth it for the types of pieces you can get. LOVE!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Came here for a navel piercing and Oz took the time to make sure my anatomy supported the piercing and explained all the possible risks to me. Didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions the entire process. Oz took the time to explain EVERYTHING that I would be feeling, which made such a huge difference! Felt so comfortable and safe, if I lived in the area I would 100% come back here for all my piercings.

Got my nose chain and diamond studs here after calling numerous places to get me in. Not only is the jewelry top notch and stunning, but the girl with the red hair at check in is amazing and a sweetheart. First time here, I was a walk in and I seen Rob. Probably the best piercer I’ve been to, very thorough, walks you through the whole process making you feel at ease, and they genuinely care to have you leave with a smile on your face. Only coming here from now on. Love love love my jewelry!

Arcadia is an excellent shop with one of the best jewelry selections in the area. I've been here twice. The first time Rob helped me get my nostril piercing back in after I had thought it was closed for years. They were able to taper it back open as opposed to piercing a new hole which saved me months of healing time and pain! The second time I came was for an ear curation appointment and I'm so happy with the jewelry Mika helped me pick out! Morgan did a great job with my lobe piercings making sure that they were even on both sides. I can't wait to see their new location in Brookline!
