What great service! My cat had been stuck in the tree for at least 18 hours we estimated. The fire department, animal control, and another tree service all declined to help. I called and Jeremiah said he would rearrange the schedule he had for the day to come to help rescue the cat first as it was so cold outside. From our initial conversation to when my cat was rescued was less than two hours. This after they had to drive from Bloomington to Decatur. They were very professional and kind. They were worth every penny. I highly recommend them and plan to spread the word. Will definitely use them in the future, hopefully only for tree needs next time and not for the naughty kitty!

Contacted Arborist to provide an estimate to remove 2 very large trees for safety reasons. After a good conversation with Jeremiah , I knew he and his team were the right choice. On the scheduled day, they immediately got to work and had both trees down. The next day they removed the very large stump in the back and thoroughly removed all debris. An extra thank you to John! Though removed for safety, that evening I was greeted with a perfect view of the southern sky and its constellations. I can now use my telescope at home again! Thank you Jeremiah for your professionalism and dedication to the work you do!. You were a fantastic group to work with!

I cannot recommend Arborist LLC enough. They were truly professional and responsive when my cat needed rescuing from a tree. Yes, they do that too!! From taking my call after hours to showing up first thing in the morning, this is truly an amazing team. The set up was quick and they were so careful and thorough. They do amazing tree work but also elite Seal Team 6 cat rescues. They are truly just good people all around. I will be working with them for many years.

I recently hired Arborist LLC to remove a massive Walnut tree that was hanging directly over my home. I was worried about the safety of my roof and my solar panels, but the team handled everything with total precision. ​They were professional, used the right equipment to ensure nothing was damaged, left my yard cleaner than they found it and were very reasonable on pricing. We hired Arborist LLC in Bloomington IL to remove a very large maple tree from our backyard. It was hanging directly over our home and had become a safety issue. We called Jeremiah, a certified arborist, to give us an estimate for removal. He promptly arrived at the time that was convenient for us within a few days. We immediately knew we could trust him to remove the tree safely after he explained the entire tree removal process to us. The tree was massive with branches hanging over our roof and in a tight space in which to maneuver. Jeremiah answered additional questions via texts promptly and with assurance. A week later he and his excellent crew arrived at the scheduled time (with an advance text to let us know they were on the way)...their equipment was top-notch allowing them to remove the tree without any damage to our home, landscape and surrounding property. They didn't waste any time getting everything in place and getting to work. Safety was their top priority...for our property and for the crew. They were experienced and it showed as they worked as a team to get the job done. It was a little daunting to have such a large tree removed but Arborist LLC accomplished this with expertise and skill. They will be returning to grind the stump in the near future and we will call them for future projects without hesitation. Jeremiah and Kale came out immediately to help us with a fallen branch on a 100 yr old tree that fell on our garage as an emergency call since the tree continued to fall. They did an amazing job at mitigating the damage and helped us with the insurance process by creating a report for us. They were kind and just genuinely good people. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
