The trunk of my Honey Locust got bent over in a recent storm. Arbor Care came out the next day to help it out and returned the next week to stake it upright. I'm sad for the limbs that needed to be removed but thankful for knowledgeable tree people, arborists, that I can trust will do right for the tree.

Tech was thorough in describing the specific issue we're experiencing with a tree in our back yard..he offered tips and advice, and also came up with a several step proposal to go through. He was to the point, and offered any assistance along the way. Still deciding on what to do, but they have been quite helpful in easing my decisions

The staff members/arborist at Arborcare were very knowledgeable, professional and explained things in a way that we could understand. Also, they came on their scheduled day and time, a rarity in today’s world, and never tried to push us into making a decision on the spot. My wife and I also like how they focus on saving trees, when possible, using various treatments rather than just wanting to cut everything down. We have two older maples that need chemical treatment to improve the overall health and trimmed for better symmetry and balance. We opted to have treatments done, initially, but will eventually have Arborcare come back to trim the same trees. We have been very pleased with our experience with Arborcare.
