Second time using Arbor Services. Frank is so knowledgeable and has a such a great crew. Called Frank on Sunday when we noticed the 100’ oak tree in our yard didn’t get leaves and was dead. He was out the next day to confirm, give us a quote and set up date to remove that Wednesday. Well Tuesday afternoon while in the yard and all the wind, one of our two remaining Leland cracked. Knowing Leland’s have a 20-25 life, I called Frank to see if he could take them both down when here the next day. He made it happen. They also were very mindful of a bird house with baby birds in it on the one cypress. We asked them to please cut to above the house and once the babies flew away we could cut it down the rest of the way. His pricing is alway more than fair, he and his crew are so knowledgeable and they clean up leaving your yard looking better than when they started. Will continue to use them and recommend the to friends. Our HOA also used Arbor Services recently to trim up trees in our common areas and to remove some trees leaning towards a home owners house from common areas.

Service like this, is rare these days. I have to offer kudos to Frank at Arbor Services. Should you need any trees cut, trimmed, or shaped, he, along with his crew, are the ones to call. I had trees down from the recent storms, and he took care of those. He was actually at my home to take care of three huge trees in my front yard that were obstructing my driveway, blocking sunlight, and requiring frequent pressure washing. Not to mention the bird droppings on guests' cars or mine when I leave it out of the garage. He, along with his crew, did a beautiful job! It was refreshing to see the owner right there with his team getting the job done. That is a sign of a true leader.I was leery as I wasn’t gonna be home while they were working, but Frank assured me, I would be pleased. He delivered!

I had concerns about several very large trees in my backyard that are close to the house and wanted to have them removed. Frank came out and gave his professional assessment that my trees were healthy and should not be a concern. He explained the characteristics of the trees and that they will probably be there for a very long time. This would have been a high $ job but Frank was honest that they did not need to be removed. We need more business owners like Frank, integrity over making a buck! Thank you Frank!

This is a business that is truly honest and trustworthy. Frank came out today to address some concerns with some trees in my backyard and within moments told me nothing needed to be done and that everything was safe around my home. I appreciate him for not attempting to sell me work that I didn't need. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he put me at ease. I highly recommend his services!

Frank and his crew did an outstanding job. We had 2 large cedar trees about 10 feet from our house with the electrical service line to the house running right thru the branches. They were somehow able to remove the trees without hitting the house or knocking out the power. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Frank and his crew.

We recently worked with Arbor Tree Services for a professional tree risk assessment at Seven Oaks Academy in Lawrenceville, GA. Their certified arborist, Frank, provided a thorough inspection of a large hardwood tree located on the neighboring property that posed a serious risk to our school grounds. The assessment was extremely detailed and professional. Mr. Perkins clearly documented that the tree was completely dead and at imminent risk of structural failure. His report even noted prior limb falls that had already damaged our school’s chain link fence. Frank and team do a great job. We had several trees limbed up, and some removed. Frank makes suggestions as to what should stay and go. Our neighbor saw how well our job was going and he wanted in for his house as well. They left our deck and backyard very clean. Would highly recommend and use again.
