Hayden was very approachable with great communication. Although we had to wait a while to get the job started he did keep us well informed along the way. Hayden is a legend! I called with a question, unrelated directly to arborist services (about wood), and he went above and beyond on his weekend to chat to me about my request, discussing my needs, suggesting a few alternatives etc. It was something he 100% didn’t need to do as I didn’t need his services, but he took the time, had a fantastic chat and was beyond helpful, knowing that he wouldn’t make a cent out of me not needing his services.
