We stayed in an A-frame cottage opposite the pool. **Pros:** Food was good. The pool is huge and looks like maintained. Staff are very polite and address all your queries with a smile. Zipline is complimentary. **Cons:** The A-frame cottage is quite cramped. There’s no space to even keep a small table to sit and eat inside, which was a problem during rain. Ground floor has a queen size cot, but the first floor cot is much smaller and not comfortable for adults. There’s also no storage on the first floor — no dress hangers or hooks to keep clothes or belongings. The zipline is scary to use as there’s a quarry filled with water right below it and with all the news about accidents, it feels unsafe. A-frame is good only for 2 adults. Not recommended for kids on the first floor as climbing up and down is challenging. Overall: Great pool, good food and polite staff. But the A-frame rooms need better space planning and storage to be comfortable for families.

These accommodations do not qualify as premium cottages, as they will ultimately leave you with nothing. The resort will engage in disputes with you like villains. They will only issue handwritten bills, without providing any computer-generated invoices. 1. The resort is neither clean nor tidy. 2. They will attempt to persuade you regarding the swimming pool; do not be deceived, as it is dirty and infested with insects. The water is untreated, and some guests consume drinks while in the pool. 3. They will claim that the food is included in the room rate and that it is delicious. Please do not be misled; on the first day, it may seem acceptable, but by the second day, the food is inedible. They will state a kitchen closing time, yet they will shut down early and refuse to prepare meals for guests. 4. They will not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or towels; you will be required to use a single towel for two or three days, and hot water will be available only sporadically. Stray dogs will enter your rooms directly. 5. There is no security, and your belongings may be at risk of theft. 6. The only positive aspect of this resort is that a few room service staff members are courteous. **The most concerning issue is that they will charge you for any blood stains on the bedspread, even if they are minor. In conclusion, this resort is not a safe environment for women, children, or families.
