We agreed & committed to the quote from AR Gutters & was scheduled a start date. We arranged our plans accordingly to accommodate their scheduled date.
Two days before the scheduled appointment, we received an email rescheduling us for a week later. No big deal, other than we had out of state company coming & we had to change our plans with them so that we could be home the day when AR Gutters was scheduled to do the job.
We once again arranged our plans to fit this rescheduled appointment date. The night before the appointment, we received an email from AR Gutters confirming they would be there at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Great!
AR Gutters was a "No Show." When they didn't arrive, we tried calling, sending a text message, an email, etc., but no response.
It wasn't until we implied we would be submitting a negative review that we received a phone call. Apologies were prolific and we were given a 3rd appointment date.
We contacted AR Gutters the day before this 3rd scheduled appointment to confirm that they would be at the job at 8:00 a.m. as promised. We received a confirmation email from the owners stating they would definitely be at the job, which was scheduled to last all day. Great!
Guess what?? They were once again a "No Show," no communication forthcoming whatsoever from AR Gutters.
We have been very polite when dealing with this company. They have been very polite in their conversation with us as well. BUT, they did not follow through with what they said and what they promised.
We do not take the time to do reviews, but in this case, we feel that the consumer needs to know about our experience before doing business with AR Gutters.
