Here are 3 easy steps to take when your toilet is overflowing:
𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭, turn off the water valve (located under the toilet)
𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝, close the flapper (the rubber circle located in the tank)
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝, secure the float (pull or tie up the float so that water won't continue to fill the tank)
