5 Stars – Couldn't Be Happier with Aquatec Water Services! I’ve been using Aquatec Water Services to look after our private water supply, and I can honestly say they've been fantastic. The team is always professional, friendly, and really know their stuff. They've taken the time to make sure everything is running smoothly, and I’ve never had to worry about our water supply. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed support, they’ve been quick to respond and always go above and beyond to sort things out. It’s such a relief to have a company that I can rely on to take care of things without hassle. If you’re looking for someone to manage your water supply, I’d definitely recommend Aquatec. They’ve been a huge help, and I’m really happy with the service they’ve provided.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new water treatment system. The professional approach of all Aquatech engineers is second to none. Dave was an absolute pleasure to have around and worked hard for 5 solid days, dismantling my old system, scrubbing clean the existing main water tank so that it now holds clean water instead of dirty borehole water and installing a smarter and more appropriate system. I would highly recommend this company for any water treatment installation and maintenance.

AquaTech Water services updated our outdated and broken borehole system to brand new kit. Jess, who I liased with over email was highly communicative throughout and always available to answer questions. Dom made an initial consulation visit and was really helpful in explaining all the ins and outs of the system, which was all new to us having only just recently purchased the property. Dave, who installed the new kit, worked super hard over 2 days, clearing away all rubbish at the end of it and leaving everything spotless. We are extremely happy with the end result from this highly capable and professional company. Thoroughly recommended.

Lightning damaged our water treatment room and we lost our water supply. AquaTech responded very quickly, repaired all the damage and got our supply up and running. The office staff and the water engineer were brilliant. I would not hesitate recommending AquaTech.

Very prompt,friendly and helpful advice given recently when our bore hole pump system failed and we were totally without water. After offering several useful tips of options we could reset ourselves to see if the pump would restart, Jess rescheduled their work diary to send an engineer out to us first thing the following day. They were prepared for various options and water was flowing again within the hour. Thank you so much and we highly recommend the team at AquaTech.

Amazing service. Our water pressure ( from our well)was dropping and the pump we used to push back a presumed airlock , was not working . Aqua Tech provided an engineer(Toby) in less than 24hours . We were not regular customers but their responce truly reflected their ' emergency service'. Toby listened to me as I explained our unusual system. He then quickly found the fault in the pump power box, replaced the part and to my joy the pump started working...so no expensive new pump required! The water pressure returned to its 'norm' after pumping back and the whole process was without any stress. Toby is delightful, so easy to talk to and obviously knows what he is doing. I was not made to feel foolish even when he show me my filter was definitely in need of a change! What a joy to find a company that offers and provides service that I remember from ' my good old days'!

We moved into our current house in 2023, that had a water borehole. Unfortunately the water treatment system that was in place was inadequate and the water was unsafe to drink. We commissioned Aquatech to advise on the improvement of the system and they installed a new treatment system for us, which has been excellent; it has been in place for about a year now and the water quality is very good. Also they have improved the borehole and installed a new downhole pump which had failed. This happened at the weekend and they came out and rescued us at short notice. Aquatech's service has been fantastic and it is a great comfort to know that they are there to support us. Dom, Jess, Stephanie and Toby have all been excellent to work with. We would definitely recommend them for anyone needing water services.

Fantastic service from a friendly and reliable team. We inherited a private borehole when we moved into a new house and I didn't know how any of it worked. Dom and the team helped me understand the treatment systems we currently had and which additional treatments we may want to consider. All the work has been carried out to the highest standard. We plan to use AquaTech every year to maintain and service the equipment.
