After comparing various options in Edinburgh I found their prices to be most reasonable.
The job was done in one hour by two young gentlemen who worked efficiently and cleanly. I was happy with the result.
One area of improvement would be adding an step to their workflow to make sure rugs are drier when their job is done. Given the humid air in Edinburgh, I am not sure how feasible that is.
