Aquametrics LLC

We have had a very unfortunate experience with Aquametrics LLC, buying a whole house water system. We purchased the system a year ago and sent in a water test kit that came with the system so the city water and new filtered water would be tested to make sure the filter was properly filtering out contaminates. We have been trying for almost a year to get the results and they haven’t given them to us. They haven’t return emails, texts or phone calls. We even sent in a second kit and they still haven’t given us the results. We reached out to the Better Business Bureau for help with this and they haven’t replied to them either. This leads us to believe the water filter system is not filtering properly.

Aquametrics has been terrific to work with after purchasing our whole house water filtration system. Lauren and Beth both are super knowledgeable and take the time to walk you through the correct steps to replace filters / maintenance the system to keep it running optimally. Highly recommend!

I love having clean water to drink, cook with and bathe in! No more bottled water to lug in! My skin and hair are so much softer!

Very happy with my new unit! Installation went great and the installer was helpful and full of information. (I'll edit this post at a later date on any difference in water quality and other findings.) Loving this setup so far:)
