Hey neighbors,
I’ve been in their shoes. When you’ve got a property — whether you live there or it’s a rental — you want people to see it at its best. A rental manager in Milford called me because their place was starting to show that early layer of algae and mildew, the kind you don’t notice until one day it’s all you see. The concrete out front was turning a little green too.
It wasn’t “bad,” but they didn’t want to hand over the keys to new tenants with it looking tired. I get that. I’d feel the same way. So I spent the morning making sure that when those tenants pull up for the first time, they see a home that’s cared for — one that says, “We take pride in this place.”
That’s the part of my job I love. It’s not just about washing a house. It’s about making someone proud of what’s theirs.
