Aqua Masters Pool Services

I encountered a couple of young men raised right this week when I hired Aqua Masters to get my pool equipment updated and working after nearly two years of frustrations. I highly recommend this company for their professional and friendly pool services. They obviously strive to provide top quality service and customer satisfaction.

Outstanding service from start to finish. They repaired my pool light and fully serviced my pool filter, and everything was done on time, professional as hell, and with attention to detail. Communication was clear, work was clean, and they didn’t cut corners. You can tell these guys actually know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Pool is running perfectly now. Highly recommend if you want it done right the first time.

I contacted Aqua Masters by text on a Sunday for help with pool equipment. Darren, called me within 15 min. of my text and scheduled my service Monday. The attention I was given and provided throughout had been spectacular. He resolved my issue in literally minutes. The communication was excellent and Darren is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend calling Aqua Masters for all of your pool needs.

The folks from Aqua Masters were definitely quick and courteous. Any time we needed to reach them they were available, and they were always quick to give concise updates on the progress of their work. They were very professional and performed their job very well, definitely looking forward to working with them in the future!

Aqua Masters Pool Service is a rare but exceptional find. Darren, the owner, is quick to respond to questions or issues. He is very hands on and cares about the reputation of his company and respecting his customers. He is more than competitive in his pricing and hires knowledgeable, responsible employees who do a great job of cleaning my pool. My pool has never looked better! When I needed help setting up a pool robot for in between cleanings Darren immediately came over at no charge. One employee ,Joe, told me he does the pool repairs in addition to cleaning pools. He told me his company will remove my pool pump and move it to higher ground should hurricane weather necessitate. Funny how my last service never mentioned such a perk and gladly accepted my money to replace three pumps in three years from salt water flooding. I cannot ask for a better company to do business with. Fair, reliable, helpful and excellent!

We had an emergency call to the owner to help with our pool. He came right out on the weekend and got the pool clear with 48 hours. We decided to sign on with Darren for a full year and full service, ongoing pool maintenance. I highly recommend this company. Excellent communication and skilled in his trade. The pictures uploaded are of our pool the day he arrived and the same pool 48 hours later.

Need pool service? This is The company and Darren is your guy!!! I write this review with the biggest smile on mine and my son’s face. I called this morning requesting pool service. Unfortunately it’s not a service they offer as i have a small above ground pool. Although a service not offered , he offered to still come to my home on his time and teach me as well as treat my pool. I offered to pay but he declined because it wasn’t much material used. In life it’s very rare we run across business owners with warm hearts and a want to still help their fellow community members.
