Aqua Logic Drilling and Pump Service

We can't say enough good about aqua logic drilling. My wife and I were skeptical when we purchased the land for our custom home as we have heard horror stories with drillers and the water table in Santa Fe county. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable in the geography and water table and took the time to explain the entire process from permitting to the final step of casing the well. Highly recommend and will definitely use on further Land development ventures.

Hello to whoever is reading this! Your well is probably drying up like mine was, or you are building a new home and looking for a reputable company to drill your well. I'm going to give a short version and a long version of our experience with Aqua Logic. SHORT VERSION- Would I use this company again?? 1000x over!!! And I would recommend them to all my family and friends who needed well drilling or pump services. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. They really made me feel like a part of the family when they were here. Feel free to look around. Drilling is expensive everywhere, but they won't be Kevin and Angie at Aqua Logic who still had the best prices in our area. Longer Version- A little over a year ago our well was having issues, so my wife and I called several companies looking for someone to come and help us get it working again. Aqua Logic was the first team that made it a point to squeeze us in same day as they were on their way home, and we were in route. From the first visit they showed compassion and tested a couple things and gave us the dreadful news that our well pump more than likely wasn’t completely submerged, and we didn’t have a lot of water left. With a couple adjustments to our system, they helped us to keep our well active for another year. Did I mention they didn’t charge us for this visit?? I remember Kevin’s son told us he didn’t feel right charging us that day and to just give them a call if things got worse. (These are the little things that make an experience with a company awesome) We kept them in mind every day because of that. When the water finally stopped pumping, we called them first! They came right away, and we asked for a full diagnostic check on our system to test depth and what not. Drilling a new well can be an intimidating venture as it does get expensive. They gave us their quote and like any new well drilling experience we called around to other companies to see what they drilled per foot as we aren’t versed in this. EVERY OTHER COMPANY WAS MORE EXPENSIVE. We had planned to go with Aqua logic from the beginning, but it was a relief as well to know that we were given the fairest price as well. The queen of Aqua Logic (Angie) was so helpful and always so nice as she helped my wife with all the processing paperwork. She was always ready to answers all our questions or have Kevin (the owner) call us. The day for drilling had come, and Kevin and crew made sure to help us find a great location and limit the number of trees needed to be taken down. He was always happy to answer any and all questions throughout the process. I know Kevin is an honest and good person, because of how he treated not only my wife and myself, but also how he treated his crew. We ended up having to drill to about 720’ and honestly, I still couldn’t be happier. I could tell that Kevin was as equally bummed each time we had to add another pipe as he truly wanted to hit clean water sooner. Yes, drilling is expensive but, water is worth more than gold to us. For anyone not familiar with drilling is it can be extremely messy, but Kevin and Alex also came back after the pump and electrical was done, to further clean up. It looked way better than it had before as well. Also, this is a true family business, Kevin’s son is the owner of the pump side of the well service. He was also just as friendly and professional every time he came through. He made sure to give us all the options to help us save money where we could. For whoever is reading this, there are several options when needing well services, but for me, Kevin, Angie, and Aqua Logic family will continue to be our first choice! We had our well drilled by Kevin and his team from Aqua Logic Drilling and Pump Service about 1.5 years ago. The drillers had to go about 890 feet--which was close to the estimate discussed during the first meeting. All were professional and as timely as they could be given some weather challenges. Furthermore, working with Angie in the Aqua Logic office with the contract, questions, timing and the filing of info for the state requirements went smoothly, promptly and professionally. If you are looking for drilling or pump service choosing Aqua Logic would be a great move!

I highly recommend Aqua Logic Drilling. Customer service is worth a galaxy of stars. Communication was prompt and thorough. Kevin made sure the drilling area was correct. He explained everything with patience since I asked a lot of questions. 400 feet through volcanic rock found us water. So pleased...and relieved.

Kevin and his team drilled a well for us here in Santa Fe county this past spring. They got the well drilled and the pump set in a timely and professional manner. They are friendly folks who know what they are doing.
