I have been using Acqua Lawn for over 30 years and their service is outstanding. I wouldn’t be with anyone else for sprinkler care. Their technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable and get the job done efficiently.

Scheduled repairs was not done. Tech said he was there only to monitor the system and not repair what was called into office 3 days earlier. Service has bottomed out this year.

Overall my experience is positive but with issues. I’ve been on an annual maintenance contract for 5+ years. The previous owner of my home was a customer. I believe Aqua lawn did the initial Installation 25 years ago. In general the service has been good and sometimes very good. Logan, grandson of the founder is fantastic. There have been times when the service tech seemed unfamiliar with my (very old but still working perfectly Richdel controller). Also had an issue where I was getting a big shot of water onto the house that was coming from a valve. I had multiple Techs look at it but it went unsolved for 2+ years until Logon came for a Service call and solved the issue. Customer service is adequate but strained. I always get the feeling that my calls seem like a nuisance to whomever I talk to on the phone. Never a “thank you” or a “happy to help”. Once I stopped by the office to ask about a service call and had the same feeling in person. Recently I called with questions about a quote for adding an additional sprinkler head. My questions were noted but I never got a call back. I get the feeling they can do better if they wanted to.

The technician John was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed up when scheduled, explained clearly what he was doing and identified issues for the next season for me. I highly recommend Aqua-Lawn.

My family has used Aqua Lawn for many years for our in the ground irrigation system. Everyone is professional and respectful and takes care of my home like it was their home! I highly recommend Aqua Lawn to everyone!

Had a sprinkler system installed in the Summer. Aqua-Lawn was terrific. My lawn looks spectacular. They just came today to Winterize and were very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Aqua-Lawn.
