Installation 25 years ago. In general the service has been good and sometimes very good. Logan, grandson of the founder is fantastic. There have been times when the service tech seemed unfamiliar with my (very old but still working perfectly Richdel controller). Also had an issue where I was getting a big shot of water onto the house that was coming from a valve. I had multiple
Techs look at it but it went unsolved for 2+ years until Logon came for a Service call and solved the issue. Customer service is adequate but strained. I always get the feeling that my calls seem like a nuisance to whomever I talk to on the phone. Never a “thank you” or a “happy to help”. Once I stopped by the office to ask about a service call and had the same feeling in person. Recently I called with questions about a quote for adding an additional sprinkler head. My questions were noted but I never got a call back. I get the feeling they can do better if they wanted to.
