Aqua Dental Pearland

I went to Aqua Dental in Pearland for the first time today — my first dentist visit in over 4 years — and honestly, I had a really good experience! I was a little nervous at first, but everyone there made me feel comfortable right away. When I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and were very polite when explaining everything ****Just a heads up**** they do ask for co-pays for most services, which I understand since that’s how a lot of offices work now. ALSO THEY HAVE A NO SHOW POLICY WHICH I ATTACHED BELOW which I think is insane but fair. I thought Medicaid would cover everything, but it didn’t, so I ended up paying out of pocket. It was a little unexpected, but they explained it clearly and were respectful about it. The dental tech who did my X-rays was super funny and relatable, she made me laugh and helped me feel less tense while getting everything scanned. The dental hygienist and doctor were both very professional and took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and what steps I should take next. I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were, especially since it had been so long since my last visit. Overall, I left feeling really positive about the whole experience. The staff here is kind, professional, and they make sure you’re taken care of. I’d definitely recommend Aqua Dental to anyone in Pearland looking for a clean, friendly, and trustworthy dental office! 🦷✨

Aqua Dental has been fantastic! I've been a patient for going on five years, and my teeth are now perfect. The ortho team is skilled, friendly, and always made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Aqua Dental for anyone needing orthodontic work. Couldn't thank them enough for my amazing smile! Aqua Dental's general team is amazing! This was a very amazing experience for me .I have been blessed to have them in my life for this journey. They've been amazing people very professional knowledgeable, and the atmosphere made me feel extremely comfortable. But most of all now I have a beautiful smile thanks to you guys for everything. Fantastic Service! The whole team from the front desk, to the my X-ray team, hygienist, and dentist were all great. I had little to no wait time. Treatment plan and costs were communicated clearly. I cannot recommend them enough.

I love the staff 1st let’s start with the Hygienist she was super sweet very knowledgeable, her spirit was to me genuine and beautiful. She went out of her way to educate me on some things and to teach me some things and for that, I am grateful. The Dentist was very knowledgeable, very helpful and very sweet. LA is always a plus and icing on the cake, I really like him. Entire staff that I have encountered was nice. Facility clean and atmosphere was very pleasant. It’s good when you can walk into a place and feel welcomed 🥰

Dr. LaRue is incredible! Going to the dentist is never pleasant, and while there’s no way he could possibly make it enjoyable, he did make it easy. The lengthy procedure I had was easily endured in Dr. LaRue’s hands and I’m grateful for him and his easy to work with personality. Thank you Dr. LaRue and Aqua Dental Pearland!

I love the staff! Very friendly and greeted me when I came in. It was a short wait but Ashley made sure I was brought back right away. Loved my visit from start to finish.

My experience for Aqua Dental in Pearland is that employed are very friendly and helpful people. I being there so many times and I get my turn on time and don't have to wait for that alone. The only time I waited when the room are filled with other patients. Still is amazing places to go for you teeth. Or to get your braces the doctor also talk about in details and answer all your questions and guide you through it. I am very satisfied and happy. Thank you Aqua Dental service me.

I really did not want to leave a negative review for this company, but as of late, the service has been terrible. I have been a patient of this company since 2018, and never had any complaints until this year. I have rescheduled twice to have a simple crown placement for a procedure I had earlier this year. I was told three times (and scheduled three times), I needed to reschedule bc the only provider that can complete my treatment is unavailable, and only available one day of the week. I’m very disappointed that my treatment is still Incomplete, and I’m having to resolve this issue on my own. I have spoken to the office manager about this regard multiple times to no avail. So yeah, one star bc my treatment is still undone, told no other facility can complete it, and this company won’t release the crown I paid for so that I can have it placed by another provider.
