I'd rather give it 0 stars, but since there is no option, I MUST give the minimum number of stars. It's just terrible service & machinery. The water tastes terrible and there is a vast amount of salt in the water. When I called for maintenance, they DIDN'T respond. Simply terrible. -> 0/10 PLEASE DON'T BUY from this company as they don't know how a business works. These guys forgot that businesses sell goods, not harmful items.

Terrible service. Strongly advise you take your business elsewhere. Left us with zero water for 2 hours. No standard routine checks before they left site.

I recommend 1 million percent ( Great product, value for the money, responsive team, and professional technicians) When we installed the water filter I was not sure, but the Return of Investment was less than 6 months and then is considered free drinking water with highest standards The team at every service they call and schedule the technician to come at my convenient time and very very responsive infact one time the connection was rusted and broke at night the very very early morning they came and fixed it free of charge as part of the coverage The technician comes and without you saying anything he check everything connections faucet filters water quality and replace what need to be replaced with no hesitation I love their after service and great response.
