Canal Front Residence 2 is bright, airy and well furnished with top of the range appliances. Although only a 1-bed, it felt very spacious with a good amount of storage. The apartment has unparalleled views of Dubai skyline, especially at sunrise. Definitely worth waking up early for! CF2 is located next to Dubai Canal, which is lovely to walk in the evening when it’s cooler. A really peaceful location with Al Wasl around the corner and plenty of great cafes & restaurants. Any issues we had, Arun always listened and did his best to help us resolve it in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your assistance throughout our stay! I highly recommend Apricus Holiday Homes, and I’m looking forward to booking with them again.

We had a family vacation and lived in apartments from November 18 to 24 in the Bay Center - West Tower. We were delighted. First of all, I want to thank Arun, he was in touch 24/7 from the moment of booking the room until the departure. Always answered questions. The day before the check-in, he reminded us that they were waiting for us and sent all the necessary information about the apartment with photos and videos. Arun, thank you very much. Secondly, it's just an excellent location because the beach is nearby, the walking area is right under the house, the tram is nearby, by the way, you can get to the subway on it if you want to reduce the time or not walk in the heat. Although it's only 1 km to the subway, you can also walk and admire the scenery. Another thing that pleasantly surprised me is that the apartment has absolutely everything for living: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, TV (although we never even turned it on, there was no time), microwave, oven, blender, multicooker, toaster, I didn't even have time to use it all. And a pleasant bonus in the form of various soaps for both the bathroom and the kitchen (dishwashing detergent, washing capsules, new napkins, washcloths) it is very convenient. We will definitely come back here again and recommend this agency to all our friends. Very conscientious people.
