What surprised me the most about Appraisal Quest Co is that I received a text stating that my property appraisal came in at value and with no work reqirements.How very courteous! I would have liked to have met him at the property with comps but there was too short of notice. All nall a very good experience.

Daniel Roca from Appraisal Quest Co. was outstanding! I had been in a bind with another appraiser, that had been recommended, but never had the time to come over and start the job.......So in a desperate situation of when my appraisal had to be completed, I found Appraisal Quest Co., called Daniel one evening, and he was at my house the next morning, measuring, taking pictures, asking questions, and was able to complete the appraisal by my deadline. I think he must have worked overtime in order to finish it up for me.(at no extra charge) ! He was most courteous, and understanding, professional, and my praises go out to him!
