Talk about being dedicated to making something work!! Russ came three times with different parts and solutions to fix my oven and was extremely professional and fair. I am so relieved to have someone who knows what they're doing and how to troubleshoot things effectively!

Russ responded to my service request within minutes despite the New Year’s Day holiday. Honest, Professional Service - No Unnecessary Repairs Excellent experience with R Russ Appliances. My washer and dryer were running unbalanced, and he quickly checked and resolved the issue. What stood out most was the honesty — he explained that nothing was really wrong and simply adjusted the machines, without trying to sell unnecessary parts or repairs. Professional, competent, courteous, and right on time. I’ll be calling R Russ for all appliance needs going forward. Only limitation: they don’t service refrigerators.

Today was the third time Russ has saved the day. He fixed a leak on the inside of by Bosch 500 washing machine within minutes. I told him where the leak was coming from and he immediately knew from past experience where to look, how to resolve the issue and keep it from coming back. Russ is knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to have in your home. I can’t recommend him enough.

Excellent service from Russ of Appliances ”R” Russ Service Company. Very professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it on the spot. Not only did he fix the issue with my dishwasher, but he also explained what caused it and how to prevent it. I have been using them for years and will definitely continue to use again. We had another service provider out who was unable to fix our dishwasher and then had Appliances R Russ and they were fantastic. They diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and came back to fix it exactly as promised and on schedule. Communication was fantastic throughout and, most importantly, our dishwasher works!
