We love our new appliances! Serena at Appliances for Less Ventura runs a fantastic business! We were going to buy secondhand moving into our home, but we found Serena’s business online and they had everything we needed at a GREAT price, basically half off! They also do installations as well, they brought over all of our appliances and set them up for us! There was a slight mishap with installing the dryer but they were quick to communicate and remedy the issue. That’s awesome customer service! I highly recommend Appliances for Less Ventura. Good quality! I bought an LG Mega capacity washer and dryer set to replace my old Samsung washer/dryer. Efficient and super quiet!! The 9 cu.ft dryer is the best dryer ever! King size comforter, no problems!! They offer good deals on brand new dented and scratched appliances. The gas dryer I got only has a small ding on the right side which is not a big deal to me. The sidekick pedestal washer works great. Glad I purchased it especially got 50% OFF on it:) Delivery guys are super nice! Highly recommend this place!!

I bought the dryer and wash machine in different time, and is been over a year. Condition and the function still working awesome, my clothes are clean and it dry out my clothes softly. They have some many appliances in the store. As I can see it was NEW and it’s just open box. The prices are reasonable and acceptable compare prices with others. Finally I decided to come back cuz the price are the lowest. Yeah, come n take a look. The owner daughter are nice have patient explaining all the questions u have. In my end, I can see that they are taking responsibility and willing to help me out when I have concerns about my machine. I truly appreciate. Thank you so much !

Third time at this store. Excellent experience-easy and fast. Right place for people looking for discount appliances. This place has a great selection of appliances from fancy to affordable models! Purchased a 36’’ refrigerator last year. Good price and no visible damage on the front. We came back to purchase a microwave, gas stove and dishwasher. We’re satisfied with convection oven. ProBake feature is very convenient. My wife love it! Reliable store and patient staff. We’ll come back to get washer and dryer next time!

Don't purchase a refrigerator from them I feel like we we got scam I had to call LG because our compressor broke we literally just bought this a year ago now it's not under warranty because there is no sticker inside the fridge or anywhere to be found I couldn't believe I bought from this place and I called them and they're unable to help us out so I spent a lot of money on this brand new fridge that I thought it was brand new and now I can't get help to get a compressor fix. I know it should be under the warranty definitely definitely do not buy from these guys! I learned my lesson next time I just go to BEST BUY.

Replaced all kitchen appliances after remodeling the kitchen. I was so glad to find this local store. Great prices! Truly saved me money. The delivery guy was very friendly. All appliances got wrapped with cardboard. Five star service. Love love my smart modern kitchen!

Great service, great prices and great selection. The store is very clean and organized. The installer was professional and thorough. We are very happy with our washer and dryer. I would recommend this business to everyone who wants a good deal on appliances. The installer (I believe his name was Mike) even came back when we realized that the water coming from the house was swapped. This was not due to his installation, but the way the house was built. Friendly staffs, reasonable price, good quality appliances. I have been looking to upgrade my kitchen for a while but did not want to spend a an arm and a leg. Finally I visited Appliance for Less Ventura and I got a matching 3-piece set here. A Happy customer.
