Great service! Jarrett called 15 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on schedule and on his way. Jarrett was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem with our icemaker promptly and explained the problem thouroughly, offering us options, fair repair estimates, etc. I will definately call Appliance Works back for any future appliance repair needs. 👍

We called this company and they had somebody here the next day. He had the part needed and my dryer is working like a champ!! When an appliance breaks it’s good to have someone on hand that you can trust!! I give this company an honest 5 start review! They were prompt, professional and got the job done. He spread out blankets to protect my floor from scratches and cleaned up nicely after. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommended! I was able to talk to someone on the phone who was so kind, and she was able to have Jarrett come out within a couple hours. He was able to quickly diagnose the situation and ordered the part we needed. As soon as the part came in he was over to make the repair. The service was great. Jarret was communitve, quick and worked efficiency so that everything ran smoothly. And I think the price was very fair. All around, they were wonderful to work with.

Riley, our technician, came out initially to look at our GE dishwasher leak error msg and after inspection suggested reducing the amount of soap we used and avoid bubbling overflow, and do an occasional rinse to clear out any excess soap. After trying that a few times, we still got the occasional error signal. We called out Riley again and he found an interior cap had come loose and he popped it back in to create the proper seal and fix the leak. They didn’t charge us for the second visit since it was related to the 1st call, so they stand behind their work. Riley was very courteous and personable, as was our first experience using them a couple yrs prior for a fridge repair at a rental we owned. They provide fair pricing and do quality work. This company will always be our go to when it comes to appliance repair!

Jarrett was very professional. Explained what was wrong with my washer and gave an honest opinion. Did not put pressure on me to order parts or buy new. I appreciate that in a repair man. Gave his opinion on the brands to stick with and the ones to stay away from. I respect that coming from someone who has to fix appliances on a daily basis.

Jarret was knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem promptly. He called before arriving. He left his card, and told me to call if I had trouble with any other appliances. I definitely will.

Called them and they were able to have someone come out the next day. They were able to diagnose the problem for just $85. Unfortunately, my part was discontinued so they weren’t able to help me any further. But Jarrett was able to give me some great tips on what type of washer to buy next! Would highly recommend them and would use them in the future if I need

Jarrett was very knowledgeable and provide good advice on next steps. The repair would have cost more than a new fridge so we opted to go buy a new fridge.
