Appliance Technician

No hesitation in recommending this company. Iurii looked at problems with two appliances [our dishwasher and fridge], figured out both problems immediately, gave his recommendation on how to fix them and totally left it up to us about how to proceed. There was no pressure whatsoever to do any repairs, book further appointments, order parts, etc. This was our first time contacting Appliance Technician, and after today's appointment we have added them to our list of "people that we trust to work in our home."

Update: besides not informing at the time of the booking about the cost, the company in their reply assume because of my name, that I’m new in Canada or English is not my first language. The company is not clear about the costs, which should be disclosed at the time of the booking and the owner judges people based on their own prejudices. Also accusing me of not paying? Can you please prove that I did not pay? I did pay and I’m complaining about the lack of clarity at the time of the booking. Please take a look at yourself and stop judging people based on their last names. Keep your prejudices for yourself. I booked an appointment online and I did not know nor I was informed in the appointment that I would need to pay. I thought this would be just a quote. Now, the guy came here and charged me 100$ to say that my dryer is too old and can’t be fixed? I think this company is a scam.
