No hesitation in recommending this company. Iurii looked at problems with two appliances [our dishwasher and fridge], figured out both problems immediately, gave his recommendation on how to fix them and totally left it up to us about how to proceed. There was no pressure whatsoever to do any repairs, book further appointments, order parts, etc. This was our first time contacting Appliance Technician, and after today's appointment we have added them to our list of "people that we trust to work in our home."

Iurii handled my problem by immediately identifying the issue and ordering the part. Then he went on to address an issue with another appliance by telling me (against his own economic interest!) not to repair it and just to get a new model, coaching me on brands to avoid and brands to trust. Would absolutely recommend for any appliance issue—a professional who is competent and extremely knowledgeable.

Very satisfied with the service. We have decided not to go with the repairs for our dishwasher as per the technician’s honest opinion. He showed up on time and provided with a good diagnostic and offered options for us to decide. Highly recommended.

Honestly great work on their part, my dishwasher was having issues with water pooling and they came to check it. After finding the issue had resolved itself, they did further tests to try to find if the issue was just hidden or replicable. They ended up not finding any further issue, but I appreciate that they did the tests and didn't end up trying to upcharge me for the service when they found nothing wrong. They even promised if an issue came up with in the next few months they would waive the service fee. Overall, went beyond what was expected for an issue that resolved itself.

Appliance Technician are fast and reliable. They described their pricing upfront and were able to fix our dishwasher quickly. We have used them before for our washing machine, and continue to be very satisfied!! Thank you!

Update: I am taking away one star because I thought the rate was $125 for the service and repair but it turned out to be $175. I understand the labour charge is usually a one-hour minimum even if the repair, like mine, took 20 minutes. They do have to drive here after all. But I think $175 is a tad high. A very easy and fast repair to my electric range. I checked the BBB for stove repairs - only 4 companies are registered. I went online at 5 p.m. with Appliance Technician to choose their first available date and time - the next day between 2 and 5 p.m.- and typed in the details: oven would not heat up to my desired temperature and the day before there had been a flash of light and a small flame at the rear left bottom of the unit. Iurii called at 8 p.m. to confirm and thought it would be an easy fix. The next day he arrived at 2 p.m. with the part he thought was broken - the burner element. When he removed the bottom panel we saw that the element was obviously broken. He replaced it, turned on the oven, it worked! The part is guaranteed for 90 days. Iurii also advised me not to use the self-cleaning function on my Whirlpool range - Aquaclean. He said it was too hot and contributed to the broken element. The visit took about 20 minutes and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Thanks very much Iurii!

I searched for a person to repair a Fisher and Paykel oven, their ad suggested they did. I booked on the website, the only way. They didn’t come and it turns out they don’t service that brand. But I wasted days waiting for nothing.

I was able to book a next day appointment. Technician promptly diagnosed why our dishwasher was leaking water and fixed it. No parts were required so we just paid for the service call.

Situation: the cables of the locking door were burned, thus faulty contact not allowing the machine to run. All lights were ON but no water was flowing, Technician: showed as expected and fixed the issue. He charged me 175$ for the repair. Thechnicia was professional. I was surprised with the price told by the technician and didn't try to negotiate. I had lots of dishes to clean. So I paid 180$ since Tech didn't have 5$ change. Next day, I received a bill from Appliance Technician stating that I was charged 146.90$ for 180 minutes. To replace the locking door burned cables: this didn't take 180 minutes !!! According to this bill I am wondering if I didn't get over charged !

They aren't reachable by phone. I booked an appointment, waited a week and was told at the last minute, when I emailed them to follow up, that they don't repair commercial washing machines. They didn't even bother to read the email service request.
