I have used Appliance Technician a number of times and had a great experience each and every time. The technician was outstanding - knowledgeable and committed to good service and quality work.

Honestly great work on their part, my dishwasher was having issues with water pooling and they came to check it. After finding the issue had resolved itself, they did further tests to try to find if the issue was just hidden or replicable. They ended up not finding any further issue, but I appreciate that they did the tests and didn't end up trying to upcharge me for the service when they found nothing wrong. They even promised if an issue came up with in the next few months they would waive the service fee. Overall, went beyond what was expected for an issue that resolved itself.
