We found this appliance store online when our dryer broke, we were greeted when walked in, talked to us about all the dryers options he had. We were able to decide on one & able to bring it home the same day! So friendly & welcoming. Great prices.

Edit to add the following screenshots as proof their response to my original review is misleading and proves their inability to be honest. They admitted their negligence when they reached out only AFTER seeing my review and I laid out exactly why I was unhappy with the treatment I received. They made NO attempt to apologize or “make it right” until today when I left this review. I am not the type to leave reviews. However, this was by far the WORST interaction with a business I have ever had. If I could give it zero stars, I would. If I could give it -2 stars I would. Do not be fooled by the appearance of a good rating on Google like we were. Dealing with this place as a complete nightmare. Long story short, DO NOT do business with them unless you want them to essentially ghost you after the appliance you bought doesn't work, and only respond to your attempts to contact them when you threaten to do a charge back if they don't get their crap together. I am very certain they were ignoring me for the better part of a week and lied through their teeth half the time when they did respond. Their customer service is atrocious and their communication skills are almost non-existent. Getting in contact with these people was like pulling teeth. We did end up with a working appliance after a week of this nonsense, but that doesn't negate the complete ordeal it was to get this issue resolved. An issue that wouldn't have been an issue at all if they would have just communicated with me and been honest! I can't tell the whole story because it's to long and Google won't let me post it. But just do not come to this incompetently business for your discount appliance needs. And if the owner/manager/whatever is reading this, don't bother trying to get me to change this review. I will not. There is nothing you can do to make me change it. Our experience with you was utterly disrespectful of us, our time, and our hard earned money. This all could have been avoided if you would have just communicated and been upfront and honest with me from the start. Instead, you chose to ignore my attempts to contact you and lie to me when you did grace me with a response. We will be telling people to avoid your "business" at all costs. Do better!

I went to Appliance Stop last weekend to check out appliances. Cheema was the young man who assisted me and provided info on each appliance I had questions on. He was very helpful and professional. I recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a deal. Thanks for everything Cheema

I was amazed how the sales man Cheema treated us. He was a WONDERFUL salesman. If any more of my appliances go bad im going there. The place in service was the best EVER!!!! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!!!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!.........Bought a washer and dryer set from these jokers. It was delivered a week later dirty and smelled of mildew. I cleaned them off and started the washer only to find that two of the legs were bent and couldn't be leveled so the washer sounded like it was about to lift off soon as it hit spin cycle After my house was done shaking I then put the clothes in the dryer only to find that the dryer wasn't heating. I called up the Applicance Shop and told them of the problem, They hung up on us, tried again and ignored our calls. The 60 day warranty is fake. I ordered some parts off of amazon and fixed the broken heating coil in the dryer. The dryer and washer ran for about 2 weeks before the motor for drum failed. Moral of the story, If it seems to good to be true it is. New washer and dryer will be here tomorrow good riddens.

I was looking for a discharge hose for an older dishwasher. They do not stock parts. They have another location. They sent me to saying they did stock parts, but that store did not stock any parts either. Got my hose off on Amazon.

Amazing place to buy from. Cheema went above and beyond with a deal that helped a single mom in time of need.
