The technician was available the next day and arrived within the window given over the phone. He assessed the problem and quoted a price for the repair. After I agreed, he promptly repaired the oven. He explained what was done, and I was pleased that the oven ignited in under a minute. The repair came with a 1-year warranty. I highly recommend this service.
