I had a great experience with Stan the repair person they sent. He came right away to diagnose and ordered the part which took a few days. Once the part arrived they scheduled an appointment and installed within the hour which was amazing for a dryer bearing. I would use them again if I need they were easy to work with.

I appreciated that the service tech Stan could come out on a Sunday evening! My dryer was diagnosed and fixed in about 1 hour and he had the appropriate parts with him! Yay! Problem fixed and I don't have to buy a new dryer or add to the appliance junkyard. Overall service experience from the scheduler to the tech was great. I'm happy! :)

Stanislav is 100% pro. Fixed my washer efficiently and had all the knowledge in his head. Will call again for my next repair. On top of all of this, he is a caring person. Something you don't find often these days.

The repairman was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and on time! He was able to fix my stove quickly. Only gave 4 stars because I had to ask the office staff 6 times for a copy of the invoice.

The repair man Understood quickly what the problem was and was in contact with me regarding the repair. I wish that the part had come in a bit sooner, but there was not much we could do about that. Once the part was in, he was in contact with me right away to schedule installation. So far everything seems to be in working order. Kind and professional.

My neighbor recommended them when we had a major leak from our washer in the basement. I requested service around 3 pm and their repair guy showed up within an hour. They were clean and professional, explained why my washer was acting this crazy and how to prevent it. Overall, the issue was fixed within a couple of hours since my call to them, and they did not even charged us for emergency call like we'd expected. Will definitely save them for future needs!
