I had a great experience with Stan the repair person they sent. He came right away to diagnose and ordered the part which took a few days. Once the part arrived they scheduled an appointment and installed within the hour which was amazing for a dryer bearing. I would use them again if I need they were easy to work with.

Dan was knowledgeable, courteous reliable and thorough. He correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I appreciated his giving us an ETA so we would know when to expect him.

I have 2yo GE washer that wouldn't power on, outside of warranty, I contacted GE for suggestions, walked through basic troubleshooting with then (verify control panel and outlet power, checked for corrosion or loose connections, or blown fuse) to no avail. called this place and sched diags for the next day (surprised by quick turnaround) tech came out and left immediately without doing diags because I had the access panel removed. do you expect people to not do basic troubleshooting on their products before seeking costly professional help? seems pathetic for professionals to turn away work for that reason. imagine if a car mechanic refused to check my engine because I had changed my own oil.

The technician was friendly and patient with me watching over him (I was curious about the repair). He explained everything he was doing throughout and made sure to test out my fridge before leaving. The tech was prompt in completing the work, about 35 minutes. The service was completed expeditiously and the charges were reasonable. For future repair, this company will be the first on my list.

I spoke with their representative and she explained the process and scheduled a repair man right away. Eugene our repair man showed up as scheduled. He was very polite and professional, and did the diagnostic. He explained to me what the issue was and said that I would be getting a call in two days to schedule the repair work. Within two days a got a call and scheduled the repair. Eugene showed up on time and did the necessary repairs. It has been weeks now and my dishwasher is running smoothly. I highly recommend this company as their business dealing is very straightforward.
