He's an exceptional repair man, particularly for washers and dryers. He has done several jobs, each stellar. And he happily accommodates next (or even same!) day appointments. Highly recommended.

Appliance Repair Star was very reliable, affordable and quick. I broke my glass stove top and they had someone out same day to inspect it. If they had the part they would have done the entire job on the day. They ordered the part and within days it’s as if I never even broke it. Incredible job. Thanks!

John diagnosed the problem with my oven and fixed it so quickly, it was amazing. He came the same day I called and was such a good guy. It was cleaner after he left than when he arrived; I’m not sure I’ve ever said that about a repair person (or many people, for that matter lol). We also discussed another appliance repair and he didn’t push any high-dollar fix, since I’d just laid out money for the oven. Instead, he recommended I wait and see if the problem worsens. I appreciate honesty and consideration, especially for my first visit. I definitely recommend this company!

PC Richard’s refused to install my dishwasher and the gentleman did an excellent job taking out my current one and installing the new one. He is very knowledgeable.

Damir (Danny) just came by to diagnose my washer and he was so kind and courteous. Jimmy, who scheduled the appt, was also very helpful in getting me a same-day appt, which was so appreciated! I have to wait a few days for parts, but so glad to have this team taking care of this for me. They will be back next week to finish the job but I’m happy to leave this review now. I called this morning at 8:30am and someone was at our house looking at our fridge by 9:30am (on a Sunday!). The repair man was honest about the cost of repair vs a new fridge and recommended better brands that will last longer. I’m very pleased.
