Excellent repair service! I’ve used them for fixing my washing machine, TV, and even delicate electronics, and the results were always great. I’ve been dealing with them for almost five years and they’ve consistently shown great expertise, fast service, very reasonable prices, and a friendly, professional attitude. One of the best repair shops in Victoria. Highly recommended.

Contacted weeks before delivery filled out all the info had email contact and was told I would be contacted about when they would come. I waited over a week and then finally had to contact them, i was told someone had left their employment and hadnt passed my info on. I was finally contacted by the person who assigned the jobs and sent a quote... $1200.00. I complained about the cost and they admitted it was too high. I never received a new quote. I admit I was confused about the jobs and what I needed so it took a couple of days back and forth to figure it all out then I waited to hear back about times. Finally the Tuesday before the Friday delivery i was told they didn't have a gas fitter and I would have to get my own. I rescheduled the delivery and found another company. Sofar so goo and at less than half the cost. I found the person I dealt with very condescending with no compassion.
