Appliance Pros were simply awesome, from the phone confirmation and scheduling, to the service technician, Michael, who patiently diagnosed the multiple issues with our washer. Parts were quickly ordered and Michael returned, replaced and then tested the machine to ensure it was in proper working condition. Michael at Appliance Pros of Tallahassee was very professional and respectful when he came into my home to fix my range. He came one to inspect the unit told me he had to order the parts and came back as soon he received them to fix the unit. He DID NOT leave a mess. He's a very clean working young man.
