Received fantastic service from Appliance Maestro. I had various issues with my fridge, dishwasher, and laundry appliances, and they handled everything like total pros. They showed up on time, figured out the problems quickly, and explained what they were doing in a way that made sense. The work was great, they were friendly and easy to talk to, and they cleaned up before they left. I’m really happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Omg what great service we received from Sam. We had an issue with our oven, Sam came the following day told us what was wrong explained why and how he diagnosed it. We were also having an issue with our washing machine, he said let me take a quick look. Simply needed balancing, no issue or issue with part repairI highly recommend! Amazing customer service!!!

I went from being frantic with a flood from a washer on a Sunday, calling Maestro and to relief of the technician showing up the next morning. Ahmad was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. My old washer was fixed (so relieved to hear I didn’t need it replaced). The service was clean and experience quick and satisfactory. My washing machine suddenly stopped working, and I reached out in the evening not really expecting a quick reply. To my surprise, Sam got back to me almost immediately and was able to schedule a technician for the very next day. That kind of responsiveness is rare and already gave me confidence in their service. When the technician, Ahmad, arrived, he was right on time and very friendly. He took the time to explain what he was checking and walked me through what he was doing. He first cleaned out some clogged pipes, and when he realized the pump itself needed to be replaced, he handled it quickly and efficiently. What stood out the most to me was his honesty—he explained exactly what needed to be done and why, without trying to upsell or complicate things unnecessarily. The repair was completed smoothly, my washing machine is now running perfectly, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. Between Sam’s quick response and Ahmad’s professionalism and honesty, Appliance Maestro really impressed me. Called to have them come look at our washer and they were able to fit us in same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and we’re back the following day with the parts required to fix it. Excellent service!
