I had to update this review. I appreciate Eugene's efforts and not charging me for install while he fixed the bad installation I had before. Unfortunately, replacing all three door sensors on my microwave has not permanently fixed the problem. I appreciate that my "vent only" microwave is at least safely installed now while I bite the bullet and figure out how to pay for a new one. I wish I could keep my review at five stars, but I still appreciate the effort. (I do not think it is the circuit breaker, as this business surmised. What it is is I should have just bought a new unit from the get go.)

Called Eugene Monday afternoon said he would be out the next day he showed up on time had my dryer working in 35 minutes would recommend Eugene and his team and will definitely use him in the future
