Quick, Professional, Affordable & Reliable Service! Not to mention I appreciated the understanding and patience these men showed when they came to my home to deal with my refrigerator. I had 2 pretty exapensive Samsung refrigerators go down on me in about a 3 month span, they came to fix the first one and my home has been kind of super cluttered as my husband and I donate, sell, reorganize and move things to storage and these guys worked with us and did not complain and showed understanding for the situation and got our first refrigerator up and running in no time at all. Im having them repair the other Samsung refrigerator this upcoming week, and moving forward I will be leaving all of my appliance needs to them. I added images, so the one in the garage was the one repaired this past week, and the one in the kitchen with the touchscreen thingy is the one I will be having them repair next week.

Excellent experience from the first phone call. Heather was patient and accommodating with all my phone calls and rescheduling. Ken and Jay arrived within the time frame specified and was able to determine the issue immediately and fix it. I asked their opinion on an issue with the water line leading to refrigerator and they said I should have it fixed sooner than later letting me know any plumber should be able to fix it. A few minutes later when they were done fixing the original problem they told me they went ahead and fixed the water line since they had the parts. This was above and beyond what I expected and what they were called for. They also noticed the handles on the doors were loose so before walking out they stopped and tightened them as well. This is the kind of service that all companies should strive for. Customer satisfaction and personable. Not just another job. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Appliance care is great! I’ve used them a few times when having issues throughout the years and they always get to you promptly and resolve the issue. The staff is amazing! They’ve educated me on so many little tips and tricks for appliances no one tells you about. I will definitely continue using them. Highly recommend!!

When our washer went out right in the middle of doing laundry. I got online and googled appliances repair. Appliance Care popped up. I'm all about reading reviews about companies prior to making an appointment. This company had great reviews so I called to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was nice and was able to book me for a couple of days later. Jason and Ken came in their time window frame. They took a look and realized a part needed to be replaced. They replaced it right then and there. It also comes with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY!! Most other companies only offer 90 days! Our son is autistic and they were patient with him and even pretended to put fluid in his bike. Both Jason and Ken were very nice and professional and easy to talk with. I DEFINITELY recommend Appliance Care!!

I contacted Appliance Care for an issue with my 2 year old stove. Heather was pleasant and very helpful. She set up an appointment for service the next day. The techs arrived just as scheduled. They were professional and prompt. They assessed the issue, explained it in detail along with cost to repair it. The part was ordered and they returned the next day again as scheduled and repaired the stove. They provided me with tips to ensure the long life of the stove while also showing the nonworking part. Definitely worth the money to have professional service. I hope to not need their services again but if I do they will be my first call. 10 out of 10

The father and son did an excellent job repairing my ice maker. It turns out I didn need a new ice maker, just a thorough cleaning. The replaced the small feeder line. The guys were professional at all times. They cleaned up after the was completed.i would highly recommend This company for your appliance repairs.

A pleasure dealing with this company, father and son team. Very knowledgeable and fixed my washer with parts on the spot. Price was reasonable and excellent warranty. They answered all my questions and had excellent advise to extend the life of my machine. Will call on them again and highly recommend them.

With Appliance Care, I know what I’m getting myself into and it’s comforting to know.I will be in safe honest hands. The owner Jason is well informed and keeps you updated at every turn. He is a nice man, very professional and kind. I have been using this company as needed for many years and always found him very honest upfront sincere gentleman. I have never had an issue with any of the work that Appliance Care has done for me. The owners wife answers the phone and is always very pleasant and professional as well. She explains their pricing procedures so the customer knows exactly how their company works and exactly what you’re getting before they even make the appointment for you. This last repair I had the pleasure of meeting Jason’s son. Jay who is also an asset to the company is a very pleasant young man. He is working with his dad. They make a great pair to have in your home. Their prices are respectable and they guarantee their work, which is usually not heard of a lot these days. I would highly recommend this company.
