The technician was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. I genuinely appreciated their time and effort in diagnosing the issue! However.. I am disappointed with the overall outcome. I was fully prepared to move forward with the repair and was ready to pay up to $500 just to have my dryer working again! Unfortunately, the company was unable to complete the repair, and I was still left with a $150 service fee. I understand paying a diagnostic or service fee when a repair is successfully completed or when I choose to decline a quoted repair. In this situation, however, the machine could not be fixed at all, which makes it difficult to justify the charge. additionally, the dryer was not reassembled after the diagnosis. If the repair could not be completed, I believe the appliance should at least have been reassembled and left in the condition it was found, especially considering the service fee… while I respect the technician’s professionalism and knowledge, I feel the billing and the final handling of my appliance could have been managed differently.. fortunately my neighbor was having their fridge repaired at the a little after my tech left I asked that company for a quote and specifically inquired whether they charge a fee if the appliance is not repairable, because I did not want to be stuck with another $150 to pay again, the gentleman explained that they only charge a service fee when the machine is repairable and the customer chooses not to proceed with the quoted repair. Thankfully, they were able to identify the needed part for my dryer, order it, and are scheduled to return on Wednesday to complete the repair.

Oven worked perfectly for the technician Dan so we're hoping it continues to work for us! Excellent customer service. Dan was very kind and was able to come early!

Read the great reviews online and also heard the best feedback from the community. All of it end up being true and even better then I had anticipated. Technician Raymond was good energy from the start and provided a professional response to my questions. Anytime you have a stranger in your home no matter who it is there is always a weirdness to it, but honestly not with Raymond. Felt fine and was at ease during the whole process. Highly recommended and just only hope they as a business keep up the great work and wish them all the best!

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! It was easy to get in touch and set up a service appointment. The technician, Kevin Oldfield, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the cause of the issue and resolved it. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was very good communication from the company throughout the process. I will definitely use Appliance Care & Repair if the need arises again.

I can't recommend this company enough. They were able to fix my washer/dryer combo, and help me get the part under warranty through GE. Our technician, Dan, was awesome, and made several phone calls between different experts and GE themselves, to make sure it was done right. He explained the whole process, and when my part came in was able to come out same day. He was quick, super friendly, thorough, and efficient. They let me know that they want to make this as easy and cheap for me as possible. I appreciate it so much, and doing laundry hasn't been this quiet since I bought the machine.

Jason showed up quickly and was very friendly and courteous. He finished the work quickly and explained the details of the warranty. He was definitely 5 star and I would recommend him and use him again!

I am a repeat customer of Appliance Care & Repair. In 2021 they repaired my refrigerator during the whole after Covid shipping delays with parts and due to their network were able to get a circuit board expedited in a more timely way than they had conservatively estimated. So when my 21yr+ dryer decided to display symptoms of possibly giving out, I called them again. Jason was out same week I called and within minutes explained the dryer needed some maintenance and cleaning and everything would be fine. Jason explained his work is warrantied so if in 20-30 days his actions did not help keep the dryer functioning normally he’d come back out. I’m just pleased he didn’t push for unnecessary work, parts, etc. He kept it simple and real. As a homeowner I appreciate that and as a manufacturer myself I respect ethical salesmanship and people with integrity. I recommend Appliance Care & Repair. They are responsive and transparent with their costs, processes and availability, and well they know what they’re doing.

I was very impressed by Randy. He was very courteous and I appreciated his call letting me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue, got the parts and took care of the repair. I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.
