Our garage fridge went out and so we were looking for something specific. Customer service was great, we told him what we were looking for and we were shown some options. Pricing was exactly what we were comfortable with and the process was smooth. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Came across this store while window shopping for a new fridge. Oswaldo gave me a great detailed tour of their inventory and answered all my questions without heckling me to make a purchase. I will definitely be purchasing from this location moving forward.

Hit up Waldo on the website!! I'm offshore working but he made it a very simple process for me. I was overwhelmed because everywhere I wanted to look you had to call for price on every single one. Waldo sent me pictures and prices of a bunch of different ones and got me going within 10 minutes. Really nice guy and very helpful and great price

I shopped around and found this store to not only give me the best prices but also the best customer service. Oswaldo knew his appliances, was extremely helpful and polite. I never felt rushed and he was able to answer my questions. I purchased them on Saturday and they were installed Monday. I will definitely return!

I don’t even want to give them a star at all, this appliance store is a joke in my opinion. On September 2025 ( 4 1/2 months later) I walked into the appliance barn and Oswaldo the sales guy said all the appliances were new and had warranty and no problems with the refrigerators so I bought a GE refrigerator $1700 never told me that he meant the company warranty was 30 days only , but keep in mind why would I think I’m going to need it in 30 days . So we take it home and 29 days later my refrigerator freezer is not working and mind you I bought the refrigerator because of the nice new ice market and a huge freezer, but I never got ice and I didn’t get to use my new refrigerator to its full capacity.So I call Oswald and he tells me their is nothing he can do because the refrigerator only cry’s thru them 30 day WARRANTY. WOW I told him are you kidding me I haven’t even got to fully get to know all the details of my new refrigerator and your telling me theirs nothing you can do. He tells me to call the manufacturer warranty that’s it . I was Infuriated. So long story short the manufacturer warranty company wants to settled with me for $820 are they kidding me . I’m currently handling the issues right now with the manufacturer people right now. But I have to tell you people please don’t go to this store they will not do a thing if it breaks even when they say it’s brand new . They didn’t offer a thing to make it right. Shame shame shame.

Awesome experience. Needed to replace washing machine that died on a Saturday afternoon. Checked out Appliance Barn on a Sunday and Waldo was great. Good price and quick delivery. The delivery guys were great and had us going on Monday morning. Customer service that cannot be offered at the big box stores.

I was looking for a new refrigerator , washer and dryer and found the most competitive pricing here. I was looking for used appliances, but we couldn’t find prices like these anywhere else. Oswaldo is also very knowledgeable and what he didn’t know, he researched on the spot.
