I had a very bad experience. I had issues with my dryer it was spinning and draining. I called the company they did wrong diagnostic and at the end could not fix it. Anytime I called them they were lying to me someone would be in touch. Until today they never fixed my dryer and they are after me for money. I would not recommend them. They are very unprofessional They don't care about clients clients satisfaction, they are just after their money. What a society society we are living in. I gave 1 star but honestly even 0 they don't deserve. I best mark would be minus 3 (-3/20) This company is a scam with fake technicians. So be aware!

The exeperience we received, particularly from James (the sales manager), was fantastic! James was incredibly well-knowledged, spoke frankly, and understanding. Never once did we feel pressured to buy. Absolutely 5 stars for his service! As for delivery and installation, though the deliverymen were prompt, friendly and careful, it turns out that they were not installers and weren't able to help us level the oven. That's alright, we'll figure it out, but that final touch would have been perfect! Thank you to Appliance All Service for helping us find a great quality oven in our price range and for doing the good work in repairing quality equipment for reuse! Our new-to-us Samsung oven has been phenomenal!

I had bad experience with them I called them regarding microwave fault they gave time for visit but they came after two hours and just came in side house and spent 5 minutes with just open the microwave door and they told it need over 500$ to repair it or replace the new one and they left and send me service invoice over 100$ without checking anything they had poor technician and customer service finally I paid them around 95$ finally I got repaired it with another person for 140$ even when I called to customer service also they don’t know how talk with customer politely. I never ever recommend them to anyone

My parents have used Appliance All Service to purchase appliances for their last 3 homes, including their first home in the 1980’s. They have never had an issue with any of their appliances which kept them coming back. I needed a fridge and it was the first place they recommended. Was able to find a brand new fridge, with only a minor flaw, for a great price. You are able to get your new appliances delivered and your old one taken away. Made purchasing a new fridge very easy and affordable.

I never thought I’d be 25 with a favourite appliance store but here we are. The showroom had a good selection of washers + dryers. James was absolutely fantastic (He’s my new homeboy) 10/10 sales associate. He knew his stuff without being pushy. He helped find what was right for me. I walked away happy and confident with my purchase choice.

I live in a condo I rent and recently the oven died. My landlord asked me to go look for a new one. My dad and I stumbled across this gem and it was one of the best discoveries we’ve ever made. I dealt with James the Sales Manager. He was very personable and friendly and willing to work with me within my budget. I am disabled and James did everything he could to make this process as easy as possible for me and gave me a very reasonable price. The process of purchasing was extremely smooth and easy. My oven arrived today in immaculate condition and extremely clean. My dad and I had been to a few other places that sell used appliances before we found this gem and they all had unreasonable prices and the ovens were all very dirty inside. I wasn’t expecting much from anywhere else but I am over the moon happy with what I found and the service provided to me at Appliance All Service. The prices are reasonable and they’ll work within your budget, the appliances are all rebuilt and of great quality and in very good shape and they’re selling very clean items, they’re not just handing you over a used dirty appliance. The customer service is also top notch. I highly recommend Appliance All Service and I will use them every time I need to replace an appliance or get one repaired. Thanks to James I can cook again!

Their tech Sim came out and didn’t take a single tool out of his tool bag nor open the door of the fridge. Based on the description of the symptoms, he said he was “200% sure it was the compressor” and that we needed a new fridge. Obviously we weren’t very happy with this news, and I also doubted it was the compressor since the fridge would sometimes work and then not work. I couldn’t believe it when they sent me a bill for this supposed “service call“ when he did absolutely nothing! We called GoTech Appliance repair who came promptly and diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat preventing the defrost cycle from working properly. He replaced the part and was done in 20 minutes. Don’t call these guys, call Go Tech instead. Fridge now works perfectly.

Worst experience to get from. First they pulled out my front and couldn't put it back left it like that all dirty. I had to put it back myself( no complaints). Then one day I noticed the fridge was leaking below. I found out that the tray below the compressor was broken. I called them and a service guy came in to look at it. He scratched the new flooring. Then left saying he need to order the parts. No answer for weeks till I call back. They said the part is already here technician will come in couple days. Next time he came in to put the tray in he broke a piece (black broken piece in pic) from compressor compartment so he can put the tray in easily. Then I pointed out the water condensation below the door. He just pulled the door seal and then said it will be fine. I was able to find these because I am a handyman and was able to check the back of the fridge myself. So for people who doesn't know anything about this have no clue what they are getting. They never looked at the fridge before sending it to a customer if they had we won't have this issues. They just somehow fix it to run and that's it how they do the service. Not at all satisfied with the way they deal with customers.

Disappointed in my experience with all service appliance, the gentleman helping us kept rushing us out and telling us to come back Monday, we had no intention of staying a second past closing, he then kept telling us to buy elsewhere and maybe I should have listened but I figured with the decent price and high ratings his reasonings were simply because I live just outside of their range for delivery and warranty. The fridge I purchased is filthy, though I intended to clean it anyway, you’d think a place refurbishing would atleast wipe the units out. When I viewed the fridge I was diligent on checking for damages, to my surprise when I picked it up there looked to be scuffs on the bottom, the team there rubbed it and told me it was just dirt, upon getting it home I find it’s not dirt, it’s a rather large scuff on the bottom. Unwrapping the unit I also found the door seal is newly broken as well. I phoned and was told a manager would call me back and I have yet to hear from them. Save yourself the headache and go to a different appliance store who takes a little more pride in their work.
