My wife and I bought our wedding bands from here and had an excellent experience. We were looked after by Teng who was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very patient as we tried and re-tried rings. We didn’t feel pressured at all, or like we were being “up sold”, and Teng was really helpful and had good advice on what style ring could work - especially when it came to finding one to compliment my wife’s engagement ring. I also had to take my ring back to be resized and the experience was also very smooth. Highly recommended and a big thank you to Teng!

Our first gorgeous experience with Appleby's was 18 years ago. We bought my engagement ring and wedding bands as a young couple starting out. We had such a fabulous experience. I recently had my engagement ring repaired as I damaged the settings through many years of wear and tear (i never took my rings off my hand :) ) and I am so thrilled with the result. The ring looks brand new again. I also asked if Appleby's could do anything for a ring that belonged to my grandmother and mother - the band had been worn to almost a fine thread over many years by these 2 great, hardworking women. The workshop did a beautiful job rebuilding the shank and kept the simple character of this very treasured ring. They treated this tiny, modest little piece with great care and respect and that, I think, is what sets them apart from other jewellers. I am wearing it with such happiness today - the memories of holding my own mother's hand when she wore it came flooding back - and I will pass it to my own little girl in the future with lots of love from 3 generations of women in her family. Naomi helped me find the gorgeous engagement ring and Tanya assisted me with choosing my perfect wedding band. We visited Appleby’s yesterday. I got my engagement ring and wedding ring there and i love them so much! My husband was buying me an eternity ring to match them for Christmas. Thank you for accommodating our visit earlier in the month. We had a wonderful time with Terry. He was prepared, discreet, informative, patient and relaxed. Just no rush in a relaxing setting. We bought our engagement ring from you 20 years ago. This recent, lovely, experience was very much in-line with the first time we visited. We are very happy with the ring that we purchased.

I came across this shop after a couple of visits elsewhere and safe to say nothing compared to the level of perfection & professionalism. I spoke with Terry over the phone to explain what I was looking for and book an appointment. He was very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge on diamonds. During my appointment I was looked after by a lovely lady called Stephanie. I cannot stress enough how above and beyond she went for us. During the appointment she knew exactly what I was looking for and had many examples to show. After the engagement the ring needed to be resized which was done very promptly. My Fiancée was absolutely over the moon with her experience in the shop to be resized safe to say the staff in the workshop and especially Stephanie really saved the day! I’m so glad I found this shop and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to all the staff they’re a credit to the Appleby name!
