My wife and I bought our wedding bands from here and had an excellent experience. We were looked after by Teng who was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very patient as we tried and re-tried rings. We didn’t feel pressured at all, or like we were being “up sold”, and Teng was really helpful and had good advice on what style ring could work - especially when it came to finding one to compliment my wife’s engagement ring. I also had to take my ring back to be resized and the experience was also very smooth. Highly recommended and a big thank you to Teng!

Our first gorgeous experience with Appleby's was 18 years ago. We bought my engagement ring and wedding bands as a young couple starting out. We had such a fabulous experience. I recently had my engagement ring repaired as I damaged the settings through many years of wear and tear (i never took my rings off my hand :) ) and I am so thrilled with the result. The ring looks brand new again. I also asked if Appleby's could do anything for a ring that belonged to my grandmother and mother - the band had been worn to almost a fine thread over many years by these 2 great, hardworking women. The workshop did a beautiful job rebuilding the shank and kept the simple character of this very treasured ring. They treated this tiny, modest little piece with great care and respect and that, I think, is what sets them apart from other jewellers. I am wearing it with such happiness today - the memories of holding my own mother's hand when she wore it came flooding back - and I will pass it to my own little girl in the future with lots of love from 3 generations of women in her family.
