I must say, I love Tim, anytime I wanna change my piercing he’s always there to do it. He’s the most friendliest, humorous person,I’ve ever met. He’s honest and straightforward about everything. And he is sterile. I brought my daughter in to get two piercings and he did a great job. She was also very pleased with his services as well. So any haters out there hating on Tim, they’re gonna look stupid. Because Tim has a lot of good reviews. 😊

***Please research more before going here*** Timmy is unprofessional, unsafe, rude, and definitely not concerned about the welfare and safety of his clients and proved that with his atrocious actions and behaviors. We had a group of 9. One male, the rest in our group females. Most of the group were going to have piercings done. It was a celebration for the college graduates who had graduated the day prior. Only two of them received piercings. He only charges $25 because he does TERRIBLE work, insults, berates, and demeans his clients. He had a young woman pass out immediately after he gave her, her piercings. His immediate and ONLY response…there are suckers up front…who’s next?! One of his statements attempting to insult one of the graduates…”those who can’t do…teach…. Timmy….those who do terrible work in their chosen fields have to offer bottom dollar due to their incompetence. You get what you pay for folks! That’s why he’s so cheap!

I’ve gone to Timmy for all 10 of my piercings! He’s never done me wrong. He’s honest and straight forward whether something will or won’t work or if it will be weird. He even measures to make sure he fits my ocd standard of even, even though he pointed out one side of my face is different then the other. He’s always there for questions on whether something may be rejecting or not or if the crust is normal. He’ll even point you in the right direction with stretching your ears, or septum and hook you up with the proper tools to do so as well as some proper tips and tricks! I don’t trust anyone but Timmy when it comes to stabbing holes and bedazzling my avatar😂. I highly recommend his service, even if it’s just to talk.

For my graduation my friends all went here looking for piercings. The piercer made all of us extremely uncomfortable and made rude comments about my new profession as a teacher He did not check anatomy for my friends belly button piercing and when she passed out he showed no care or concern and asked if I was ready to do mine while I was trying to help her He pierced my double helix, did not check for major blood vessels. I went to another piercer for my belly button and she said he pierced them at different angles. I asked him to replace the straight bar for my conch with a flat back. He never gave me my jewelry back and when I went the next day to get it he had “lost it”. The entire time he made everyone extremely uncomfortable with how rude he was. I will never go back and advise no one else to.

I have gotten many tattoos from here! Such good work, everyone is very talented. Chris fixed a crappy cover up when he was doing another tattoo on me and I was VERY pleased. I've gotten so many of their $40-$60 flash tattoos, I will forever come here for my tattoos. Also have gotten a couple piercings from here and they are so professional and accurate, it's practically painless!!

It's been over a year since I've gotten my sleeve finished by Dez. She did amazing & I'm so proud to have this tattoo! The colors still pop & the shading is absolutely incredible!

After getting a tattoo in Jackson county and being reassured by the artist that he could do it... It was a total mess, I wanted a hand tattoo of a rose with bone fingers. It came out looking terrible! I got so many comments of how bad it looked I was ashamed. I contacted Alex over Facebook and set up a consultation with her upon arriving she looked at my hand and told me she would like her dad to look at it. She said she was not sure at the stage she was at in tattooing if she would be able to rework it and make it look correct.. that alone set my mind at ease as she was being honest with me. Chris her father came over and looked at it and asked me when I wanted to do it I told him Saturday he told me what time to be there. From the time I walked into the shop to the time I left which was approximately almost 5 hours I got treated with the utmost respect and dignity it being on my hand and near the cuticle it was very painful as I'm sure you can imagine and Chris was so compassionate and understanding. Then to beat it all he only charged me a very minimal fee for a 4-Hour tattoo fix.. I also got a tattoo that day from his daughter Alex which I absolutely love and I will probably be going next week to get another one. I have found my forever tattoo shop and my forever artist between Chris and Alex or anyone there in that shop I am told is amazing as I've seen all of their work. I 100% recommend Appalachian and Ruby piercing to anyone looking for a tattoo or a cover-up Chris can do amazing things with bad tattoos. Thanks again guys you really helped me out. Below is a before and after picture.

I had my tragus pierced here, I've gotten a tattoo here, I've had my teens nostril pierced here and my 10 year olds second lobe piercing completed here. Everyone we've worked with or had the pleasure of meeting have been very nice and helpful. The placement for all piercings have been spot on and healing has been easy. The prices are great and I love that they will change out jewelry for no additional cost. My prior piercer would charge a minimum of $30 just to change out jewelry. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you Tina, Chris, Tim & Anna!

This is the only place I’ll go for a piercing! They care about their customers here, make sure you’re comfortable before they start. and they do amazing work!

Went to Appalachian Ink for a Daith piercing for migraines. Tim did an excellent piercing. Gave me all the instructions how to care for it. Go back in 3 weeks to check the healing and a cute new earring. I'd highly recommend Tim if you want any piercings done.😆
