This is a request to kindly repair or change your hospital's OPD air conditioner, or else stop charging high fees and stop presenting yourselves as a high-class hospital. Since two months, I have been coming to your hospital. Last month, my mom had a knee replacement surgery. After that, whenever I came for routine checkups in the OPD, both air conditioners were not working. If I ask your staff to at least arrange a fan for the patients, they don't. Right now, I am in the OPD only and writing this feedback from your reception. So many patients are here right now, and for the last 1.5 hours I am waiting. Can't your management understand this? Only the reception side's AC is probably working. This kind of service your hospital, your staff, and your management are giving to international and domestic patients.
