I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mahadev Jatti and his entire team at Apollo Spectra Hospital, Koramangala, for the exceptional care provided to my mother during her Total Knee Replacement surgery. From our very first consultation, we experienced professionalism and compassion at every step. A special shout-out to Helen from the insurance department who kept us updated with all the necessary details, ensuring that the entire process was smooth and stress-free. All required tests—blood work, x-rays, ECG, 2D echo, physical fitness, and cardio clearance—were clearly prescribed and we completed well in advance, which made the admission process seamless. On the day of admission, Mr. Someshekhar quickly prepared the files and allotted us a room, making the process hassle-free. The nursing staff welcomed my mother warmly, checked her vitals, and ensured she was comfortable. She was served tea and dinner, which helped her relax before the surgery. The next morning, the sisters and staff guided us through the preparations with care and efficiency. The anesthesiology team explained the procedure thoroughly, reassuring us before the surgery. My mother underwent bilateral knee replacement surgery, which lasted over three and a half hours. Dr. Jatti personally informed us about the successful outcome and ensured she was shifted to the ICU for recovery. In the ICU and later in the room, the doctors on Duty - Dr. Vinitha, Dr. Harshitha and others, the nursing staff—especially Sister Medha, Arya, Sonali, and others along with akka Vijaya Laxmi,venny and others—were attentive, compassionate, and highly professional. They managed her pain with timely interventions and checked on her frequently, always with a smile. Their dedication gave us immense comfort. I would also like to thank physiotherapist Dr. Alok Rai, who encouraged my mother to stand and even take her first steps the very next day. His guidance and motivation boosted her confidence and accelerated her recovery. Also, Raju and Bittu Bhaiya from the pantry who served all meals, juices, fruits right on time. Even they did their part nicely. On the day of discharge, Helen and Ravi ensured the insurance process was handled smoothly. Though there was a slight delay, they worked efficiently and completed everything earlier than expected, which made the final step stress-free. We are truly grateful to Dr. Mahadev Jatti and his team(OT), the nurses, physiotherapists, and the entire hospital staff for their outstanding service. Their professionalism, empathy, and commitment made this challenging journey much easier for my mother and our family. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of her.😊👍🏻

Excellent reception service. The staff was welcoming, patient, and guided us properly at every step. Very supportive and professional. I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The doctors were knowledgeable, patient, and took time to explain every step of the treatment. The nursing staff was attentive and kind, and the hospital was clean and well maintained. Overall, a trustworthy place for quality healthcare.

Service was excellent, All the staff members including Attender, nurse and especially doctors were super friendly and explained nicely. Insurance team was very supportive and answered all our queries. Hope my son recovers from his fracture soon.

I had a very good experience at the hospital. The appointment process was quick and smooth, with minimal waiting time. I consulted Dr. Elizabeth Jayaselan for my son, who was well experienced, patient and we are a regular visitor of this doc. The hospital staff were courteous and the overall environment was well-organized and comfortable. I’m happy and would definitely recommend this hospital.

Hello Management, I am very disappointed with my recent appointment on 18th feb 2026 at 4.20PM. I arrived on time after taking permission from my workplace, yet I was not informed that the doctor would be late. I waited for 30 minutes, and to make matters worse, a patient who arrived after me was sent first. This lack of communication and poor appointment management is unacceptable. Patients deserve timely updates and fair scheduling, especially when we adjust our professional commitments to attend appointments. This is follow up review that is post surgery . I’ve already posted review on surgery day as well. I went to Dr. Akhil Bhat for my cyst removal surgery after reading many positive reviews, and my experience turned out to be even better than I expected. From consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, he was proactive, caring, and always checked on my recovery himself — I never had to chase him for updates! He is always available and incredibly patient — I even asked a few questions about my medicines on WhatsApp, and he replied politely and clearly each time. That level of care and commitment is rare these days. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process, and the surgery and healing went smoothly. What a gem of a doctor professional, humble, and genuinely compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr. Akhil Bhat to anyone needing surgical procedures or cyst removal.

Had an excellent experience at Apollo Spectra Hospital for my Septoplasty, Turbinoplasty, and Tonsillectomy surgeries under the expert guidance of Dr. Murthy and Dr. Shruti. Both doctors were professional, explained everything clearly, and the procedures went smoothly with no complications. The staff provided top-notch care at every stage making me feel supported throughout. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone needing ENT procedures!

The doctors are amazing but the staff and cleanliness is poor. Not upto a corporate hospital's Standard. I am myself a doctor. And the hospital was smelly, washrooms were unclean, the nurse who took vitals was highly unskilled. She had to take BP thrice. Makes no sense. The front desk is rude. Miss spells your name and and short of cash. The washrooms were smelly worse than a railway station. As a patient I would not want to waste my money on so many so called added corporate liabilities if I don't get the right treatment.
