Apollo Pools

We are very happy with the excellent and reliable service from Apollo Pools. In particular Mark has brought our pool back to condition after the hurricanes last year deposited debris in the pool - including siding, insulation, and a table. I been with this company for over 12 years, and always respond to any immediate pool maintenance I request. Dominic has fantastic attitude and caring and got what I need Asap. Great work,guys came check everything and got pool working again.

I signed a contract with Apollo Pools in May of 2021. When Dominic comes to your house he is very nice. But don't believe anything he says or Paul. Dominic and Paul told me construction would begin in September and would be completed in 3-4 months. 9 months later I have a concrete hole. The concrete was poured in September. I heard that my plumbing would be done in November and then December. It was done in February. Someone called in April and said the pool would be done in 4-6 weeks. It's June now and nothing has been done. Paul is more then happy to take your checks. But will ignore your phone calls and texts after. In the entire 9 months I have only had concrete poured and plumbing which isn't even done completely. I talked to a former customer of theirs today and she told me that you have to email and call constantly. She said she had to become their worst nightmare to get her pool done. Apollo also couldn't do her screen enclosure because there is a 6 month wait. They also refuse to set up your salt water system unless you use them for service. Update Nov 2025 It was rocky, I won't lie. My pool was finished eventually. Luckily my uncle knew the owners and with his help ,the work was completed. The pool is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I did have an issue with a screw going through the waterfall causing a leak. One of the owners did come fix it. Their pricing was the cheapest I found. So if it weren't for them affording a pool wouldn't have been possible.

Met with John to review options for a pool renovation and an outdoor kitchen. Very excited to work with John and his team. He was very professional, thorough, and provided a great and fair quote with great finance options!

Mark is my pool guy. He does a really good job of maintaining the pool so it's crystal clear. He is also always friendly.

Why not -5 star review? Signed with Apollo Pool in April 12,2021. Today is January 7, 2022. The pictures below is all I have. If I could save you all the stress and headache, steer clear of this company. They will dodge your calls, emails, etc. they will come to your pool site literally walk around and leave. I have them loaded on my home security system DVR and they literally just walk around say they have been there to say they have met their contract agreement. Do not believe them when they say faulty equipment for other jobs, COVID. No! What happened is greed. They took on more than they can service. Guess what everyone, they’re still taking contracts and telling people 16 weeks start to finish! Do not give them your money!! I repeat,DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I regret it! My pool was 50k. Idk about any of y’all, but for a normal middle class family, this is a lot of money. No communication they don’t care about their customers! Please please please run! Run fast. If you are like me, I finally got an attorney willing to look at my contract and right now gathering everything we need to go after this company. Please stay away.

Great job by Apollo Pool, from the sales person Dominic, to Beth who kept me informed. All of the workers who came out worked diligently and did an amazing job. They reinforced the outer wall of my pool spa area and rebuilt the spa area in the pool that was sinking because of faulty construction that was done initially. When there was an issue with a busted irrigation pipe due to the digging, they came out right away and got it fixed. Very happy with their work and service.

Mr Mark is doing excellent job keeping up with my pool. Keeps us informed if things need fixing
