I've had Mike at my house a few times over the last year due to an aging/failing furnace. He is always very professional & respectful, finishing his work in a timely manner. He finally had to replace that furnace today. The entire company went above & beyond to make sure we had heat before the winter weather set in, I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done in the area. After MONTHS of searching for a company that would take care of small HVAC issues and trying to find a handyman to address additional concerns in an historic house recently purchased in Huntington, API Service Pros came to the rescue! They scheduled me in quickly, sent a VERY attentive and knowledgeable service technician (Dustin) who not only solved an immediate heating problem but also offered suggestions for long and short-term heating solutions, and found problems with my current heating system on-site which he IMMEDIATELY was able to fix, even though he had to do a lot of exterior HVAC sleuthing and shimmying in incredibly cold temps! THANKS, API Service Pros! You have gone the extra mile already (Including Office Manager Jenny, who is assisting me with finding additional trusted resources.)

Mike came out to look at our AC unit that was acting up. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process from setting up the appointment to resolving the issue was great. This is our second time relying on API and we are not disappointed. Highly recommend. Thank you API.

My first experience with API was through my home warranty. It was an excellent experience. We have used API at least 5 other times since for various issues. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They fix it right the first time. They offer several scheduling windows for appointments and have always been on time for my appointments. Also, the office gals are very nice and responsive to your needs. I will continue using them. I recommend API!

API Service Pros is an amazing HVAC service provider. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they truly cared about our issues. I had to work through a home warranty company and they were very responsive and helpful getting my issue fixed. Andrew replaced our compressor on our system and when an unrelated issue with the blower occurred the next day, I called worried because we were going to be hosting a large gathering at our home in a couple days. He found time in his day to come by, diagnose, and fix our blower issue in no time. Then he followed up a few days later just to see how the party went. What a great group of people and excellent company. These people really care about their clients! Thank you!

Dustin was amazing. He checked everything and fixed all the issues and explained it to me. Very knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up after he was done. API does amazing work and staff is amazing to work with. Price was great. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Dustin is worth his weight in GOLD!!! Our hot water heater was leaking, so we made an appointment for a service call. When he read the notes, he called me first thing in the morning and told me exactly what to do, since our heater was still under warranty. With his knowledge and help, we were able to get a new hot water heater that SAME DAY!!! His installation was FLAWLESS!!! You can tell that he actually CARES about his job and the people he is working for. I can not thank him and API enough!!! :)

Can’t say enough good things about how not only responsive but professional API was in getting in to help with my furnace issue this morning, only hours after giving them a call. Not only great service but also helpful in understanding the issues that could occur and how I might be able to resolve them myself if something did go wrong in the future. Called API service pros for some plumbing work. I believe this is the 3rd time my husband and I have used API.. We have had Great experiences every time. The ladies at the office that scheduled appointments Are always very polite and helpful, As are the technicians that have come To our home to do the work. Today we had Jeff take a look at some of our plumbing issues. This is the 2nd time hes done work at our house. He was very professional And efficient. He does a wonderful job explaining the whole process of what hes doing from start to finish. Unfortunately these days it's not always easy to find Quality services but you will definitely find it at API.
