I've had Mike at my house a few times over the last year due to an aging/failing furnace. He is always very professional & respectful, finishing his work in a timely manner. He finally had to replace that furnace today. After MONTHS of searching for a company that would take care of small HVAC issues and trying to find a handyman to address additional concerns in an historic house recently purchased in Huntington, API Service Pros came to the rescue! They scheduled me in quickly, sent a VERY attentive and knowledgeable service technician (Dustin) who not only solved an immediate heating problem but also offered suggestions for long and short-term heating solutions, and found problems with my current heating system on-site which he IMMEDIATELY was able to fix, even though he had to do a lot of exterior HVAC sleuthing and shimmying in incredibly cold temps!
