In a word: excellent. Steve, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Patient and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed when trying out a number of pianos. I ended up buying a Yamaha B-3, and I'm delighted with the piano. Delivery was exactly as scheduled, and the delivery guys took great care. From walking into the showroom to delivery of the piano, the whole experience was first class.

Steve found a very unique vintage piano in amazingly great condition. We expressed interest even before the team had begun to work on it and Steve kept us fully informed as they prepared it for us. The team partially disassembled, cleaned, inspected, tuned, voiced and did countless other processes to get the instrument ready for our family to enjoy. It looks, sounds and plays just beautifully. They delivered the piano safely to our home where it is played every day. Thanks Steve and Apex Team for a great experience and a very unique and beautiful instrument!

I had a wonderful experience with Josh and his team at Apex Piano for the purchase of my acoustic piano. All of my questions were answered and they are so knowledgeable about the Yamaha product - a wealth of information. I also exchanged emails with Josh to ask even more questions and I never felt any kind of sales pressure whatsoever. From the moment we entered the showroom we knew we were with a knowledgeable and caring Yamaha dealer but what Steve excels at is a deep understanding of his customer. We were looking for an electronic keyboard to replace a couple old ones. Steve introduced us to the N1X and that was a “ done deal” . Steve mentioned how wonderful the S7X is and the rest is history.
